แก้ปัญหาเสียงหาย/ดังไม่ปกติหลัง Windows 10 Creators Update

หลัง Creators Update หลายคนเจอปัญหาเสียง: ไม่มีเสียง, เสียงแตก, คุณภาพต่ำ สาเหตุ: Driver เสียงเก่า/เสีย, Sound Services หยุด, App cooperation廠商衝突

7 วิธีแก้ Audio Problems Windows 10 Creators Update

เตรียม: สร้าง Restore Point

1. Reinstall Realtek Audio Driver

1. Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > หา Realtek High Definition Audio Driver > Uninstall
2. Reboot > Device Manager > Action > Scan for hardware changes > Windows จะติดตั้งใหม่อัตโนมัติ

2. เปิด/รีสตาร์ท Windows Sound Services

1. Win+R services.msc
2. หา 3 Services: Windows Audio, Windows Audio Endpoint Builder, Plug and Play
3. ทุกตัว: Startup Type = Automatic > หยุดอยู่ Start / Running อยู่ Restart
4. ตรวจใน msconfig แท็บ Services ให้ติ๊กทั้ง 3 ตัว
5. Reboot

3. Disable/Enable Sound Controller

1. Win+R devmgmt.msc
2. Sound, video and game controllers > คลิกขวา Audio Controller > Disable > คลิกขวา > Enable

4. Update Sound Driver

1. Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > คลิกขวา Audio Device > Update Driver
2. Search automatically > หากไม่เจอ Browse my computer > Let me pick > เลือก Driver ที่เข้ากันได้
3. หรือดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บ Motherboard/Laptop 廠商

5. Uninstall Sound Driver แล้วให้ Windows ติดตั้งใหม่

1. Device Manager > Sound controllers > คลิกขวา > Uninstall > OK
2. Action > Scan for hardware changes > Reboot

6. รัน Windows Audio Troubleshooter

1. Control Panel > Troubleshooting > Hardware and Sound > Playing Audio
2. Advanced Options > Apply repairs automatically > Next
3. คลิก Apply this fix > Reboot

7. Rollback ไป Build ก่อนหน้า

Shift+Restart > Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Go back to the previous build

เริ่มจากวิธี 1-2 แก้ได้ 80% แล้วครับ
