แก้ปัญหาดาวน์โหลด Windows 10/11 Update ไม่ได้ (Creators Update / 23H2 / 24H2)

Windows Update ดาวน์โหลดไม่สำเร็จ ค้างที่ 0%, Error 0x80070002, 0x80073712, 0x80244018, 0x80240034 ฯลฯ ปัญหานี้พบบ่อยมาก บทความนี้รวบรวมวิธีแก้ไขครบทุกมุมมอง สำหรับ Windows 10 และ 11 (รวม 23H2, 24H2)

🔧 วิธีพื้นฐาน (ลองตามลำดับ)

1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter (ตัววินิจฉัย built-in)

1. Win + I → System → Troubleshoot → Other troubleshooters
2. หา Windows Update → Run
3. รอตรวจสอบและแก้ไขอัตโนมัติ → Restart → Check Update อีกครั้ง

2. ตรวจสอบพื้นที่ดิสก์ (Disk Space) - สาเหตุ #1 ที่มักพลาด

• Windows 10/11 ต้องการพื้นที่ว่าง อย่างน้อย 20-30 GB บน C: สำหรับ Feature Update
• Settings → System → Storage → Cleanup recommendations → ลบ Temporary files, Previous Windows installations, Downloads
• หรือใช้ Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr) → Clean up system files → เลือก Windows Update Cleanup, Delivery Optimization Files, Device driver packages

3. ปิด Metered Connection (การเชื่อมต่อที่จำกัดข้อมูล)

1. Settings → Network & Internet → Wi-Fi / Ethernet → Properties ของ Network ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่
2. ปิด Metered connection (Toggle Off)
3. หรือ CMD Admin: netsh wlan set profileparameter name="SSID_NAME" cost=unrestricted

4. ปิด Antivirus/Firewall ภายนอกชั่วคราว

Antivirus ตัวที่ 3 (Kaspersky, ESET, Avast, Bitdefender ฯลฯ) บางตัวบล็อก Windows Update → ปิดชั่วคราว (15-30 นาที) → ทดสอบ Update → เปิดกลับทันที
Windows Defender ไม่ต้องปิด (มันไม่บล็อก Update)

5. รีเซ็ต Windows Update Components (ซ่อมแซมโครงสร้าง Update) ⭐ แก้ได้ 80%+

รัน CMD/PowerShell Run as Administrator → พิมพ์ทีละบรรทัด:

net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
net stop cryptsvc
ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
net start wuauserv
net start bits
net start cryptsvc

Restart PC → Check Update

6. ซ่อมแซม System Files (SFC & DISM)

CMD/PowerShell Admin:

sfc /scannow
(รอเสร็จ ถ้ามี "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired them" = ดี)

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
(ต้องอินเทอร์เน็ต ใช้เวลา 5-20 นาที)

Restart → Check Update

7. ตรวจสอบ Services ที่จำเป็นต้อง Run อยู่

Win + R → services.msc → ตรวจสอบให้ Startup Type = Automatic และ Status = Running:

• Windows Update (wuauserv)
• Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
• Cryptographic Services (CryptSvc)
• Update Orchestrator Service (UsoSvc)
• Delivery Optimization (DoSvc) (Optional)

🛠️ วิธีขั้นสูง (Advanced)

8. Media Creation Tool / Installation Assistant (ติดตั้ง Feature Update ด้วยมือ)

เหมาะสำหรับ: Feature Update ใหญ่ (23H2 → 24H2), Update ค้างนาน, หลาย Error Code

1. ไป Windows 11 Download หรือ Windows 10 Download
2. ดาวน์โหลด Windows 11 Installation Assistant (ง่ายกว่า) หรือ Media Creation Tool (สร้าง USB Boot)
3. รัน Assistant → Upgrade this PC now → Keep files and apps → Install
4. หรือ Boot จาก USB → Clean Install (Format C:) - Backup ข้อมูลก่อน!

9. แก้ Error เฉพาะเจาะจง (Common Error Codes)

10. Group Policy / Registry (สำหรับ Pro/Enterprise - Defer/Pause)

• Win + R → gpedit.msc → Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → Windows Components → Windows Update → Windows Update for Business
• ตั้งค่า Select when Preview Builds and Feature Updates are received → Semi-Annual Channel, Defer วัน
• Registry (Home Edition): HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate → สร้าง DWORD TargetReleaseVersion = 1, TargetReleaseVersionInfo = "23H2" (ค้างที่รุ่นนี้)

🛡️ การป้องกัน (Best Practices)

• ✅ เปิด Automatic Updates (Default)
• ✅ ติดตั้ง Optional Updates (Driver, Firmware) เป็นระยะ
• ✅ เก็บพื้นที่ C: ว่าง > 50 GB
• ✅ สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน Feature Update
