แก้ Bluetooth ไม่ทำงานหลัง Windows 10 Creators Update: 6 วิธีแก้ไข

หลังติดตั้ง Windows 10 Creators Update หลายคนเจอปัญหา Bluetooth ใช้ไม่ได้ — จับคู่อุปกรณ์ได้ แสดง Connected แต่ทำงานไม่ได้ บางคนหายไอคอน Bluetooth ไปเลย จับคู่อะไรก็ไม่ได้

หมายเหตุ: ตรวจสอบว่า PC ไม่อยู่ใน Airplane mode และอุปกรณ์ Bluetooth ทดสอบกับคอมพิวเตอร์อื่นได้ปกติ

แก้ Bluetooth ไม่ทำงานหลัง Creators Update

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนดำเนินการ

วิธีที่ 1: ใช้ Bluetooth Troubleshooter

  1. กด Win + R พิมพ์ control Enter
  2. ค้นหา Troubleshoot ใน Control Panel คลิก Troubleshooting
  3. ซ้ายมือเลือก View all
  4. เลือก Bluetooth จากรายการ
  5. ทำตามขั้นตอนบนหน้าจอ รอ Troubleshooter รันเสร็จ
  6. รีสตาร์ท PC

วิธีที่ 2: System Restore

  1. Win + R พิมพ์ sysdm.cpl Enter
  2. แท็บ System Protection → System Restore
  3. Next → เลือก Restore Point ที่ต้องการ
  4. ทำตามขั้นตอนจนเสร็จ รีบูท

วิธีที่ 3: เปิดใช้งาน Bluetooth ใน Settings

  1. Win + I → Devices
  2. ซ้ายมือเลือก Bluetooth & other devices
  3. เปิด Toggle Bluetooth ให้ ON
  4. คลิก More Bluetooth options ด้านขวา
  5. ติ๊ก: Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC, Alert me when a new Bluetooth device wants to connect, Show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area
  6. รีบูท

วิธีที่ 4: เปิด Bluetooth Services

  1. Win + R พิมพ์ services.msc Enter
  2. คลิกขวา Bluetooth Support Service → Properties
  3. Startup type: Automatic ถ้ายังไม่ Run คลิก Start
  4. Apply → OK → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 5: อัปเดต Bluetooth Drivers

  1. Win + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc Enter
  2. ขยาย Bluetooth → คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์ → Update Driver
  3. เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software
  4. ถ้าไม่ได้ ลอง Browse my computer for driver software → Let me pick from a list → เลือก Driver ที่เข้ากันได้
  5. รีบูท

วิธีที่ 6: กลับไปเวอร์ชันก่อนหน้า (Go back to previous build)

  1. Win + I → Update & Security
  2. ซ้ายมือ Recovery → Restart Now (Advanced startup)
  3. Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Go back to the previous build
  4. ทำตามขั้นตอนบนหน้าจอ
