แก้ไข Windows Update Error 0x80070020: วิธีแก้แบบขั้นตอนง่ายๆ

หากพยายามอัปเดต Windows แล้วเจอ Error Code 0x80070020 พร้อมข้อความว่า Process เข้าถึง Update File ไม่ได้ เพราะถูก Process อื่นใช้งานอยู่ คุณอยู่ที่ถูกต้อง วันนี้มาแก้ไขปัญหานี้

สรุปคือ Updates ติดตั้งไม่ได้ เพราะโปรแกรมอื่นขัดจังหวะ เช่น Antivirus หรือ Malware Scanners มาแก้ไขด้วยคู่มือด้านล่าง

แก้ไข Windows Update Error 0x80070020

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนล่ะ

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว

บางครั้ง Antivirus ก่อให้เกิด Error ต้องปิดชั่วคราวเพื่อทดสอบ

  1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Antivirus Program ใน System Tray เลือก Disable
  2. เลือกช่วงเวลาที่ปิด (เลือกน้อยที่สุด 15-30 นาที)
  3. ลองเปิด Google Chrome ดูว่า Error ยังอยู่หรือไม่
  4. ค้นหา Control Panel จาก Start Menu เปิด Control Panel
  5. คลิก System and Security > Windows Firewall
  6. จากแถบซ้าย คลิก Turn Windows Firewall on or off
  7. เลือก Turn off Windows Firewall รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

ลองเปิด Chrome เข้าเว็บที่เคย Error หาแก้ได้ ให้เปิด Firewall กลับมาตามขั้นตอนเดิม

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

  1. เปิด Control Panel ค้นหา Troubleshooting ใน Search Bar มุมขวาบน คลิก Troubleshooting
  2. จากแถบซ้ายเลือก View all
  3. จากรายการ Troubleshoot computer problems เลือก Windows Update
  4. ทำตามคำแนะนำบนหน้าจอ ให้ Windows Update Troubleshoot ทำงาน
  5. รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์ อาจสามารถ Fix Windows Update Error 0x80070020 ได้

วิธีที่ 3: เปลี่ยนชื่อ SoftwareDistribution Folder

  1. เปิด Command Prompt (ค้นหา cmd กด Enter)
  2. หยุด Windows Update Services: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop cryptSvc
net stop bits
net stop msiserver
  3. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์: 
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
  4. เริ่ม Services ใหม่: 
    net start wuauserv
net start cryptSvc
net start bits
net start msiserver
  5. รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์ ทดสอบอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 4: รีสตาร์ท Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)

  1. กด Windows Keys + R พิมพ์ services.msc กด Enter
  2. หา BITS คลิกสองครั้ง
  3. ตั้ง Startup type เป็น Automatic และ Service กำลัง Run อยู่ (ถ้าไม่ได้ คลิก Start)
  4. คลิก Apply > OK
  5. รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์ ลองอัปเดต Windows อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 5: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

  1. เปิด Command Prompt (ค้นหา cmd กด Enter)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่ง: 
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
  3. รอเสร็จสิ้น รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์
  4. รัน CHKDSK แก้ไข File System Errors
  5. รอเสร็จสิ้น รีบูทอีกครั้ง
