แก้ไข Windows Code 43: แก้ข้อผิดพลาด 'Device Stopped Working'

หากเจอปัญหา USB Device หรือข้อความ “USB Device not Recognized” ให้ตรวจสอบใน Device Manager: ขยาย Universal Serial Bus controllers คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์ที่มีปัญหา (มีเครื่องหมาย ! สีเหลือง) > Properties ใต้ Device status จะเห็น “Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)” นี่คือสาเหตุหลักที่ต้องแก้ไข Code 43 หมายถึง Device Manager หยุดอุปกรณ์ USB เนื่องจากไดรเวอร์แจ้งว่าอุปกรณ์ล้มเหลว

สาเหตุหลัก: ปัญหาไดรเวอร์ USB ตัวหนึ่งแจ้งว่า อุปกรณ์ล้มเหลว Windows จึงหยุดมัน มาแก้ไขกัน

หมายเหตุ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น

ลองวิธีง่ายๆ ก่อน: รีสตาร์ท, ถอด/เสียบ USB, เปลี่ยนพอร์ต, ถอด USB อื่นๆ ทั้งหมด รีสตาร์ท ลองอีกครั้ง ทดสอบ USB นั้นบนคอมพิวเตอร์อื่น หากไม่ทำงานบนเครื่องอื่น แสดงว่าอุปกรณ์เสีย ต้องเปลี่ยนใหม่

วิธีที่ 1: Uninstall USB Drivers

1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc OK
2. ขยาย Universal Serial Bus controllers
3. เสียบ USB ที่มีปัญหา
4. จะเห็น Unknown USB device พร้อมเครื่องหมาย !
5. คลิกขวา > Uninstall
6. รีสตาร์ท Windows จะติดตั้งไดรเวอร์ดีฟอลต์อัตโนมัติ
7. หากยังคงเหลือ ให้ทำซ้ำกับอุปกรณ์แต่ละตัวใน Universal Serial Bus controllers

วิธีที่ 2: Update USB Drivers

1. เปิด Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
2. คลิก Action > Scan for hardware changes
3. คลิกขวา Problematic USB (มีเครื่องหมาย !) > Update Driver
4. เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software
5. รีสตาร์ท ทดสอบ
6. หายังไม่ได้ ทำซ้ำกับทุกอุปกรณ์ใน Universal Bus Controllers
7. คลิกขวา USB Root Hub > Properties > แท็บ Power Management > ยกเลิกถูก Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด USB Selective Suspend Settings

1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ powercfg.cpl Enter เปิด Power Options
2. คลิก Change plan settings ของ Power plan ที่ใช้อยู่
3. คลิก Change advanced power settings
4. ขยาย USB settings > USB selective suspend settings
5. ปิด On battery และ Plugged in ทั้งคู่
6. Apply > OK รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Fast Startup

1. เปิด Power Options (powercfg.cpl)
2. คลิก Choose what the power buttons do (เมนูซ้าย)
3. คลิก Change settings that are currently unavailable
4. ยกเลิกถูก Turn on fast startup ใต้ Shutdown settings
5. Save changes รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 5: รัน Microsoft Windows USB Troubleshooter

Microsoft มี Fix It สำหรับปัญหา USB:

• USB class filter not recognized
• USB device not recognized
• USB printer not printing
• USB storage cannot be ejected
• Windows Update configured never to update drivers

1. เปิดเบราว์เซอร์ ไปที่ URL ของ Microsoft USB Troubleshooter
2. คลิก Download
3. รันไฟล์ที่ดาวน์โหลด เปิด Windows USB troubleshooter
4. คลิก Next รอตรวจสอบ
5. หากมีอุปกรณ์ต่ออยู่ จะขอขยับออก ให้คลิก Next
6. หากพบปัญหา คลิก Apply this fix
7. รีสตาร์ท
