Two-Finger Scroll คืออะไร?

Two Finger Scroll คือการเลื่อนหน้าจอด้วย 2 นิ้วบน Touchpad โน้ตบุ๊ค ฟีเจอร์นี้ทำงานได้ดีบนโน้ตบุ๊คส่วนใหญ่ แต่บางคนเจอปัญหานี้

บางครั้งเกิดจาก Two Finger Scroll ถูก Disable ใน Mouse Settings การ Enable ก็แก้ได้ แต่ถ้าไม่ใช่ ให้ทำตามคู่มือด้านล่างครับ

แก้ Two Finger Scroll Not Working ใน Windows 10

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ

วิธีที่ 1: เปิด Two Finger Scroll จาก Mouse Properties

  1. Win + I > Settings > Devices
  2. ซ้าย: Touchpad
  3. ส่วน Scroll and zoom ติ๊ก Drag two fingers to scroll
  4. ปิด Settings

หรือ

  1. Win + R > main.cpl Enter > Mouse Properties
  2. แท็บ Touchpad หรือ Device settings > กด Settings
  3. ใน Properties ติ๊ก Two-Finger Scrolling
  4. OK > Apply > OK > Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: เปลี่ยน Mouse Pointer

  1. ค้น control > Control Panel > View by: Category > Hardware and Sound
  2. Devices and Printers > Mouse
  3. แท็บ Pointers (Mouse Properties)
  4. Scheme Dropdown เลือก Scheme ใดก็ได้ (เช่น Windows Black system scheme)
  5. Apply > OK

วิธีที่ 3: Roll Back Touchpad Driver

  1. Win + R > devmgmt.msc > Device Manager
  2. ขยาย Mice and other pointing devices
  3. คลิกขวา Touchpad Device > Properties > แท็บ Driver > Roll Back Driver
  4. หมายเหตุ: ถ้าปุ่ม Roll Back Driver Serve หมายถึง Roll Back ไม่ได้ วิธีนี้ใช้ไม่ได้
  5. Yes ยืนยัน > Reboot

ถ้า Roll Back ไม่ได้ ให้ Uninstall Drivers:

  1. Device Manager > ขยาย Mice and other pointing devices
  2. คลิกขวา Touchpad Device > Properties > Driver Tab > Uninstall
  3. Uninstall ยืนยัน > Reboot
  4. หลัง Restart Windows จะติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่ ให้ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 4: อัปเดต Touchpad Drivers

  1. Win + X > Device Manager
  2. ขยาย Mice and other pointing devices
  3. เลือก Mouse Device Enter เปิด Properties
  4. แท็บ Driver > Update Driver
  5. เลือก Browse my computer for driver software
  6. เลือก Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
  7. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Show compatible hardware > เลือก PS/2 Compatible Mouse > Next
  8. รอติดตั้ง Reboot
