เจอ "No audio device installed" หรือ ไม่มีเสียงเลย? เปิด Device Manager → Other devices → พบ Multimedia Audio Controller มี เครื่องหมาย ! เหลือง → Properties → "No drivers installed for this device" = ไดรเวอร์เสียหาย/หาย/เก่า
Multimedia Audio Controller คืออะไร?
เป็น Driver ที่ทำให้ Windows คุยกับฮาร์ดแวร์เสียง (Sound Card, Speakers, Headphones) ได้ หาก Driver มีปัญหา → ไม่มีเสียง
วิธีแก้ Multimedia Audio Controller Driver Issue
สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม
วิธีที่ 1: อัปเดต Driver (Update Driver)
- Device Manager (Win+R →
devmgmt.msc) - ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers หรือ Other devices
- คลิกขวา Multimedia Audio Controller → Update driver
- Search automatically for updated driver software → รอติดตั้ง → Restart
- หาเจอ "The best driver software is already installed" = ใหม่แล้ว → ลองวิธีถัดไป
วิธีที่ 2: Manual Update (ระบุไดรเวอร์เอง)
- Device Manager → Update driver → Browse my computer → Let me pick
- เลือกไดรเวอร์ที่เหมาะสมจากลิสต์ → Next → Restart
วิธีที่ 3: Uninstall แล้วให้ Windows ติดตั้งใหม่
- Device Manager → คลิกขวา Multimedia Audio Controller → Uninstall device → Yes
- Restart → Windows จะติดตั้ง Default driver เอง
- หายังไม่ได้ → ไปเว็บผู้ผลิต Sound Card (Realtek, Creative, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo) → โหลด Driver ล่าสุดติดตั้ง
วิธีที่ 4: Windows Update
- Settings (Win+I) → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for updates
- Download & Install ทุกอัปเดต → Restart
วิธีที่ 5: Add Legacy Hardware
- Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers → Action → Add legacy hardware
- Next → Search for and install the hardware automatically (Recommended) → Next
- ติดตั้งตามขั้นตอน → Restart
ส่วนใหญ่แก้ได้ด้วยวิธี 1 หรือ 3 หากยังไม่ได้ ติดตั้ง Driver จากเว็บผู้ผลิต Sound Card ตรงๆ ครับ
