สาเหตุจอดำ LoL
- Alt+Tab: สลับหน้าจอขณะล็อกอิน
- Champion Select: หลังเลือกแชมป์
- Full-screen Mode: ขนาดจอเกมไม่เข้ากัน
- Game Resolution: สูงกว่าจอเดสก์ท็อป
- Third-Party Antivirus: บล็อกการเชื่อมต่อ Gateway
- Windows/Drivers เก่า
- Game Files เสียหาย
การตรวจสอบเบื้องต้น
- อินเทอร์เน็ตเสถียร (แนะนำ LAN cable)
- Restart PC / Router
- เช็ค System Requirements ขั้นต่ำ
- Login แบบ Administrator > รันเกม (ถ้าได้ ให้ทำวิธีที่ 1)
วิธีที่ 1: รัน LoL เป็น Administrator (ถาวร)
- คลิกขวา League of Legends Launcher > Properties
- แท็บ Compatibility > ติ๊ก Run this program as an administrator
- Apply > OK > รีเล่น
วิธีที่ 2: อัปเดต Display Drivers
- Win > Device Manager > Enter
- Display adapters > ขยาย > คลิกขวา Video card (NVIDIA/AMD/Intel) > Update driver
- Search automatically for drivers > Restart
วิธีที่ 3: ติดตั้ง Display Drivers ใหม่ (Reinstall)
ถ้าอัปเดตไม่ได้ผล:
- Device Manager > Display adapters > คลิกขวา driver > Uninstall device
- ติ๊ก Delete the driver software for this device > Uninstall
- ดาวน์โหลดไดรเวอร์ล่าสุดจากเว็บ AMD/NVIDIA/Intel > ติดตั้ง > Restart
วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Display Scaling & Fullscreen Optimizations
- คลิกขวา LoL Launcher > Properties > Compatibility
- ติ๊ก Disable fullscreen optimizations
- คลิก Change high DPI settings > ติ๊ก Override high DPI scaling behavior > OK
- กลับ Compatibility tab: ยืนยัน Run in compatibility mode = ไม่ติ๊ก, Run as admin = ติ๊ก > Apply > OK
วิธีที่ 5: เปิด Game Mode (Windows 10)
Game Mode หยุดกระบวนการพื้นหลัง (Updates, Notifications) ช่วยลด Black Screen/Frame drop:
- ค้นหา "Game mode" ใน Windows Search > เปิด Game Mode settings
- สลับ Toggle On
วิธีที่ 6: อัปเดต Windows
- Win+I > Settings > Update & Security
- Check for Updates > Install now (ถ้ามี) > Restart
วิธีที่ 7: แก้ Third-Party Antivirus บล็อกเกม
ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว (ตัวอย่าง Avast):
- คลิกขวาไอคอน Avast บน Taskbar > Avast shields control
- เลือก: Disable 10 นาที / 1 ชั่วโมง / จนกว่าจะ Restart / Permanently
วิธีที่ 8: ติดตั้ง LoL ใหม่ (Clean Reinstall)
- Win > Apps & features > หา League of Legends > Uninstall
- Win+R > %appdata% > ลบโฟลเดอร์ League of Legends
- Win+R > %localappdata% > ลบโฟลเดอร์ League of Legends
- ดาวน์โหลด LoL ล่าสุดจากเว็บทางการ > Install > Follow wizard
วิธีที่ 9: Clean Boot
