วิธีเปิดใช้งาน Windows Security Center Service ใหม่

หาก Security Center ปิด หรือ หายไป Windows จะไม่สามารถ แสดง สถานะการป้องกันในแอป Windows Security ได้อย่างถูกต้อง ปกติหมายถึง Service Security Center (wscsvc) หยุดทำงาน, กำหนดค่าผิด, ถูกบล็อกโดย Policy หรือ Tamper Protection, หรือไฟล์/Registry Entries เสียหาย Microsoft Defender มักยังทำงานในพื้นหลัง แต่ Windows จะไม่ แสดง หรือ อัปเดต สถานะความปลอดภัยจนกว่าจะแก้ไข

สาเหตุทั่วไป ได้แก่ มัลแวร์ที่พยายามปิด Security Services, ไฟล์ระบบเสียหายหลัง Update ล้มเหลวหรือ Power Loss, Disk Errors, Debloat/Privacy Tools ที่กระทำรุนแรง, และ Policy Settings บน PC งาน/โรงเรียน

ก่อนเริ่ม (Quick Checks)

  • Restart PC หนึ่งครั้ง หาก Service ค้าง Reboot อาจคืนค่าได้
  • หากมี Third-party Antivirus เปิดดูว่าติดตั้ง, อัปเดต, และทำงานอยู่แล้ว ปกติ Defender จะแสดงปิดเมื่อ Antivirus อื่น Active หากเพิ่ง Uninstall Antivirus Restart และเช็คใหม่
  • หากเพิ่งใช้ Debloat Tools, Privacy Tweakers, หรือ Registry Cleaners ให้ Undo การเปลี่ยนแปลงหากมีตัวเลือก

1. เรียกคืน PC ด้วย System Restore

ตัวเลือกแรกที่ดีที่สุด หากปัญหาเพิ่งเริ่ม System Restore ย้อนกลับ Critical System Files และ Registry Settings ไปยังจุดที่ Security Center ทำงาน โดยไม่สัมผัส Personal Files (Documents, Photos)

หมายเหตุ: System Protection ต้องเปิดและต้องมี Restore Points หากไม่มีรายการ ให้ข้ามไป Step 2

  1. กด Windows + R เปิด Run
  2. พิมพ์ rstrui คลิก OK
  3. คลิก Show more restore points หากมี
  4. เลือก Restore Point วันที่ ก่อน Security Center หยุดทำงาน คลิก Next
  5. ทำตาม Instructions ให้ PC Restart

2. อัปเดต Windows

Windows Updates สามารถแทนที่ Missing หรือ Corrupted Components และ Services ขั้นตอน Low-risk ที่มักกู้คืน Windows Security Reporting หลังปัญหา Update

  1. เปิด Settings
  2. Windows 11: คลิก Windows Update ซ้าย
    Windows 10: ไป Update & Security > Windows Update
  3. คลิก Check for updates
  4. หากมี Updates คลิก Download and install หรือ Download and install all
  5. รีสตาร์ท PC หลังอัปเดตเสร็จ

3. ซ่อมแซม System Files (SFC และ DISM)

หาก Security Center หายหรือ Start ไม่ได้เพราะ Corruption การซ่อมไฟล์ระบบมักคืนค่าส่วนประกอบที่จำเป็น รัน SFC ก่อน แล้ว DISM หาก SFC แก้ไม่หมด

  1. ค้นหา CMD ใน Start เลือก Run as administrator
  2. รันคำสั่ง รอถึง 100%: 
    sfc /scannow
  3. หาก SFC รายงานว่าแก้บางไฟล์ไม่ได้ ให้รัน DISM ทีละคำสั่ง: 
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  4. Restart PC
  5. เปิด Services อีกครั้ง ยืนยัน Security Center มีอยู่และ Running

4. Reset หรือ Re-register Windows Security App

หาก Windows Security เปิดแล้วหน้าขาว หรือ Section เฉพาะไม่โหลด App Interface อาจเสียหายขณะ Services ยังอยู่ การ Reset หรือ Re-register มักกู้คืน UI

  1. เปิด Settings > Apps หา Windows Security เปิด Advanced options คลิก Repair ถ้ามี แล้ว Reset
  2. หาก UI ยังเสีย ให้เปิด PowerShell as Administrator รัน: 
    $manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *Microsoft.Windows.SecHealthUI*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml'
Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest
  3. Restart PC และเปิด Windows Security ใหม่

Tip: หาก UI ยังขาวและเข้าถึง Scan Options ไม่ได้ ให้ไป Step 6 สำหรับวิธี Scan ทางเลือก

5. ตรวจสอบ Services และ Startup Settings

หลังซ่อม System Files และ App ให้ยืนยันว่า Security Center และ Related Services เปิดใช้งาน หาก Options สีเทา, กลับค่าเดิมซ้ำ, หรือเจอ Access Errors นโยบายหรือ Security Hardening Tool อาจบังคับ Settings เหล่านั้น

  1. เปิด Services จาก Start
  2. หา Security Center
  3. ดับเบิลคลิก เปิด Properties
  4. ตั้ง Startup type เป็น Automatic (Delayed Start) หากไม่มี ใช้ Automatic
  5. คลิก Start หาก Service หยุด หาก Start สีเทา ให้ Restart PC ลองใหม่
  6. Restart PC อีกครั้งเพื่อ Apply

6. รัน Malware Scan

หาก Security Center ปิดเองหรือเปลี่ยนสถานะโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ให้ถือว่าเป็นสัญญาณ Malware เป็นไปได้ รัน Full System Scan และถ้าเป็นไปได้ Offline Scan

  • เปิด Windows Security > Virus & threat protection รัน Full scan
  • หากสงสัย Persistent Malware ใช้ Microsoft Defender Offline scan จะ Restart PC และ Scan ก่อน Windows โหลดเต็มที่

หาก Windows Security ขาวหรือเปิดไม่ได้: อัปเดต Third-party Antivirus หากมี และรัน Full Scan จากนั้น, หรือใช้ Boot-time/Offline Scanner ที่น่าเชื่อถือ หลังกำจัด Malware ให้รัน Step 3 อีกครั้ง เพื่อ SFC/DISM ซ่อมความเสียหายคงเหลือ แล้วยืนยัน wscsvc Enabled อยู่

7. Reset Windows

หาก Security Center หายเพราะ Corruption รุนแรงหรือ Malware Damage ซ้ำๆ Reset มักเป็นวิธีแก้ที่น่าเชื่อถือที่สุด

Tip: ใช้ Keep my files เพื่อเก็บ Personal Data นี้จะลบ Apps และ Reset System Settings เป็น Default

  1. กด Windows + I เปิด Settings
  2. ไป System > Recovery
  3. ใต้ Recovery options คลิก Reset PC
  4. เลือก Keep my files
  5. เลือก Cloud download หรือ Local reinstall เพื่อติดตั้ง Windows ใหม่
  6. ยืนยัน และรอ Windows จบ Reset
