แก้ไข Windows Update Error 0x80242006 บน Windows 10: วิธีแก้ทีละขั้นตอน

ข้อผิดพลาด 0x80242006 ปรากฏบน Windows 10 เมื่อพยายามรัน Windows Updates ทั้ง Feature Updates และ Software Updates ข้อผิดพลาดจะปรากฏดังภาพ:

ข้อผิดพลาดนี้มักเกิดเมื่ออัปเดตเป็น Feature Updates รุ่นต่อไปนี้:

• Version 1709 (OS build 16299)
• Version 1703 (OS build 15063)
• Version 1607 (OS build 14393)
• Version 1803 (OS build 17134)

1. ติดต่อ Windows Update โดยตรง (Contact Windows Update Directly)

เปลี่ยน Policy Setting เพื่อเปลี่ยนวิธีดาวน์โหลด Updates:

• คลิก Start พิมพ์ gpedit.msc กด Enter
• เลือก Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates
• เปิด System คลิกสองครั้ง Specify settings for optional component installation and component repair
• เลือก Enabled ติ๊ก Download repair content and optional features directly from windows update instead of windows server update services
  
• คลิก Apply > OK > Restart เครื่อง

ลองรัน Windows Updates อีกครั้ง หากยัง Error ค่อยทำขั้นตอนถัดไป

2. ตรวจสอบ BITS Service ว่า Started แล้ว

Windows Update ต้องการ BITS Service Started มิฉะนั้นจะล้มเหลว:

• คลิก Start พิมพ์ services.msc Enter
• เลื่อนหา Background Intelligent Transfer Service ตรวจสอบ Status = Started หากไม่มี Status แสดงว่ายังไม่ Start คลิกขวา > Start
  
• ดับเบิลคลิก Service ตั้ง Startup Type = Automatic
• OK ปิดหน้าต่าง

ลองรัน Windows Updates อีกครั้ง หากยัง Error 0x80242006 ค่อยขั้นตอนถัดไป

3. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

• ดาวน์โหลด Windows Update Troubleshooter Tool (คลิกที่นี่)
• ดับเบิลคลิก .exe
• หน้าจอหลัก คลิกซ้าย "Windows Update" แล้ว Next
  
• ถ้าถูก prompt คลิก "Try troubleshooting as an administrator"
  
• ปล่อยให้เครื่องมือรันและแก้ไข
• เสร็จ Close และ Restart เครื่อง

ลองรัน Windows Updates อีกครั้ง หากยัง Error ค่อยขั้นตอนถัดไป

4. Reset Windows 10 Update Cache

หยุด Windows Update Services แล้ว Rename โฟลเดอร์ Cache 2 ตัว:

• Start > พิมพ์ CMD > คลิกขวา Command Prompt > Run as administrator
  
• • ในกล่องสีดำ พิมพ์คำสั่งทีละคำสั่ง (ใช้เวลา 1-2 นาที/คำสั่ง)
    

    net stop wuauserv
    net stop cryptsvc
    net stop bits
    net stop msiserver

    
  • ควรเห็น "Was stopped successfully" หรือ "Service is not started"
  • พิมพ์คำสั่ง 3 คำสั่ง:

    ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.old
    Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\*.*"
