เปิด Bluetooth
ก่อนเริ่ม รู้ไหมว่า Bluetooth อยู่ที่ไหนบน Mac? หาไม่เจอก็ไม่ต้องกังวล คุณไม่ได้คนเดียว น่าเชื่อไมได้ บางผู้ใช้ Mac ยังไม่รู้ว่ามี Bluetooth บนเครื่อง
วิธีเปิด Bluetooth และเชื่อมต่อ:

- ไป System Preferences -> Bluetooth
- Toggle Switch เปิด หากปิด

เพิ่ม Bluetooth ใน Menu Bar

วิธีเพิ่ม Bluetooth ใน Menu Bar:
- ไป System Preferences
- Select Bluetooth
- ติ๊กกล่องข้าง Show Bluetooth in menu bar
เชื่อมต่อ Bluetooth Device กับ Mac
ไม่ว่าจะเป็น Keyboard, Speaker, Headphone, Trackpad Pairing กับ Mac ง่ายมาก หาก Device มาพร้อม Mac ควร Paired แล้ว เหลือแค่เปิดใช้งาน
หากซื้อ Bluetooth Device แยก ต้องใช้ Lightning Cable Pair กับ Mac ขั้นตอน:
- ใช้ Lightning Cable เชื่อม Bluetooth Device กับ Mac
- เปิด Device
- ไป System Preferences -> Bluetooth
- Device โผล่ใน List = Paired แล้ว
ปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ Bluetooth ที่พบบ่อย
ใช้ Bluetooth สะดวก แตบางครั้งเจอปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ Mac จะอธิบายปัญหาและแก้ไข
1. Bluetooth Device เหลือแบตเตอรี่น้อย
มากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่ง หาก Bluetooth Device เชื่อมต่อไม่ได้ = แบตเตอรี่น้อย หรือกำลัง Power Saving
รู้ไหมว่าแบตน้อย? เช็ค Bluetooth Icon ใน Menu Bar จะมี Battery Symbol ตรงชื่อ Device หรือไป System Preferences -> Bluetooth เช็ค Charge Level
2. เพลงไม่เล่นผ่าน Bluetooth Speaker/Headphone
Pair Speaker/Headphone แตไม่ได้ยินเสียง = Audio ไม่ Route ผ่าน Bluetooth Device แก้:
- ไป System Preferences -> Sound -> Output
- เลือก Bluetooth Device ที่ต้องการให้เล่นเพลง
- เล่นเพลงใหม่ ควรได้ยินผ่าน Bluetooth แล้ว
3. Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse ไม่ทำงาน
อยากใช้ Bluetooth Keyboard/Mouse แตไม่ทำงาน ทำตามนี้:
- เปิด Bluetooth Device หากเปิดอยู่ ปิด-เปิดใหม่
- กดปุ่มบน Keyboard หรือคลิก Mouse เช็คว่าตื่นไหม
- หากไม่ เช็คใน System Preferences -> Bluetooth หากไม่มี = ต้อง Pair ก่อน
- Pair: ต่อ Bluetooth Device
- กลับไป System Preferences -> Mouse/Keyboard/Trackpad
- Select Set Up Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard/Trackpad
- Mac จะค้นหา Device
- เจอ Device คลิก มันจะเพิ่มใน List อัตโนมัติ
- ลองใช้ Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard อีกครั้ง ควรทำงานแล้ว
วิธี Troubleshoot Bluetooth Connection Problems อื่นๆ
ยืนยันแล้วว่า Device เชื่อมต่อถูกต้อง แบตเตอรี่ดี แตยังมีปัญหา ทำตามนี้:
1. เช็คระยะทาง
อยู่ใกล้ Mac พอ Bluetooth ทำงานได้ประมาณ 10 เมตร หากไกลเกินไป = Connection Problems
2. ปิด-เปิด Bluetooth Device
บางครั้งปิด-เปิด Device แก้ปัญหาทันที ปิด Bluetooth: คลิก Icon ใน Menu Bar หากไม่มี ไป System Preferences -> Bluetooth คลิก Turn Bluetooth Off แล้ว Turn Bluetooth On อีกครั้ง หากยังไม่ได้ Restart Mac
3. ลบ Bluetooth Devices ออกจากรายการ Paired Devices ของ Mac
ปิด-เปิดไม่ได้ = อาจมี Paired Devices มากเกินไป เชื่อมต่อได้สูงสุด 7 Devices แตเกิน 4-5 อาจมีปัญหา เพราะบาง Device ใช้ Data มากกว่า
ลบ Bluetooth Device จาก Paired List:
- ไป System Preferences -> Bluetooth
- เช็ค Device ใน List หากมี คลิก x ข้างเคียง ลบ
- Restart Mac รอ 2-3 นาที
- Pair Device ใหม่
สรุป
Bluetooth Device ควรทำงานปกติหลังลองขั้นตอนข้างต้น หากยังไม่ได้ ติดต่อ AppleCare, Apple Genius ที่ iStore หรือ Support ของ Accessory Bluetooth เอง
