วิธีแก้ปัญหา Bluetooth บน Mac

ก่อนแก้ปัญหา: พื้นฐาน - Bluetooth อยู่ที่ไหนบน Mac, เปิด/ปิดยังไง, ใช้เชื่อมอุปกรณ์ไร้สายได้อย่างไร

เปลี่ยนชื่อ Bluetooth ของ Mac: ที่นี่

ใช้ Bluetooth แชร์อินเทอร์เน็ต iPhone → Mac: Personal Hotspot iPhone, แชร์ WiFi จาก iPhone

วิธีเปิด Bluetooth

หา Bluetooth ไม่เจอ? มากกว่าคิด Bluetooth อยู่ใน System Preferences → ตั้งค่าให้โชว์ใน Menu Bar ด้านบนได้

เปิด Bluetooth ง่าย (Mac ทุกตัวรองรับ Bluetooth ตั้งแต่ 2002) เช็ค: Apple Logo → About This Mac → System Report → Bluetooth (ไม่เจอ = ไม่มี แต่ไม่น่าเป็น)

วิธีแก้ปัญหา Bluetooth บน Mac

  1. System Preferences (Apple Logo → System Preferences)
  2. Bluetooth
  3. Turn Bluetooth On (ถ้ายังไม่เปิด)
  4. จะเห็น Devices ที่พร้อมเชื่อมต่อ หาอุปกรณ์ที่จะเชื่อม (ต้องเปิดอยู่)
  5. Connect

อุปกรณ์ไม่ขึ้น/เชื่อมไม่ได้? อ่านด้านล่าง

ใช้ Bluetooth บ่อย? เพิ่ม Shortcut ใน Menu Bar จาก Preferences (อธิบายต่อไป)

เพิ่ม Bluetooth ใน Menu Bar

ไอคอน Bluetooth ใน Menu Bar: โชว์สถานะ On/Off, อุปกรณ์ที่เชื่อม, แบตเตอรี่อุปกรณ์ต่ำ

  1. System Preferences → Bluetooth
  2. ทิก Show Bluetooth in menu bar

วิธีแก้ปัญหา Bluetooth บน Mac

จับคู่อุปกรณ์ Bluetooth กับ Mac

เมาส์, คีย์บอร์ด, Trackpad, สปีกเกอร์, หูฟัง Bluetooth → จับคู่ควรง่าย (Pairing = เชื่อมต่อ 2 อุปกรณ์ Bluetooth)

มาพร้อม Mac → จับคู่แล้ว แค่เปิด ใหม่: สไลเดอร์ฐาน/ข้าง โชว์สีเขียว=เปิด เก่า: LED กระพริบตอน Discoverable → จับคู่แล้วติดต่อเนื่อง

ซื้อแยก: ต้องการสาย Lightning (มาในกล่อง) → วิธีจับคู่ Apple Device แล้วค่อย Non-Apple

Apple Bluetooth Device ยังไม่จับคู่กับ Mac:

  1. ต่อสาย Lightning to USB (หรือ USB-C บน Mac ใหม่)
  2. เปิดอุปกรณ์ (สไลเดอร์เขียว)
  3. System Preferences → Bluetooth
  4. จับคู่แล้วจะขึ้นใน Devices List

ปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ Bluetooth

ทำไม Bluetooth ไม่เชื่อม? ไม่รองรับ? หาอุปกรณ์ไม่เจอ? (Mac↔iPhone, Mac↔TV, คีย์บอร์ด, เมาส์, สปีกเกอร์, หูฟัง)

เช็คแบตเตอรี่อุปกรณ์ Bluetooth ต่ำ

ไม่เชื่อมได้เพราะแบตต่ำ หรือตัดการเชื่อมต่ออัตโนมัติถ้าไม่ใช้นาน (ประหยัดแบต)

แบตต่ำ → ไอคอน Bluetooth ใน Menu Bar จะมีสัญลักษณ์แบตเตอรี่

เช็คได้ที่ System Preferences → Bluetooth ดูระดับแบตอุปกรณ์

วิธีแก้ปัญหา Bluetooth บน Mac

เช็คว่าอุปกรณ์ Bluetooth เชื่อมต่ออยู่หรือไม่

สงสัยว่าคีย์บอร์ด Bluetooth คนอื่นจับคู่กับ Mac เรา? (เมาส์เคลื่อนเอง? หวังว่าไม่ได้ถูกผีสิง)

เป็นไปได้ถ้าอุปกรณ์เคยจับคู่กับ Mac นี้ (ออฟฟิศแออัด)

เช็ค: ไอคอน Bluetooth Menu Bar (เพิ่มตามข้างบน) → เชื่อมต่ออยู่ = มี 3 จุดทะลุ

หรือ System Preferences → Bluetooth → ดู Devices ที่ Connected

เพลงไม่เล่นผ่านหูฟัง/สปีกเกอร์ Bluetooth

  1. System Preferences → Sound
  2. Output
  3. เลือกอุปกรณ์ที่จะเล่น

เมาส์/คีย์บอร์ด Bluetooth ไม่ทำงาน

  1. เช็คเปิดอยู่ (สไลเดอร์เขียว/กดปุ่ม Power ตามอายุอุปกรณ์)
  2. เปิดอยู่ → ปิด/เปิดใหม่
  3. คลิกเมาส์/กดคีย์บอร์ด → ดูว่าตื่นไหม
  4. ขึ้นใน System Preferences → Bluetooth ไหม? ไม่ขึ้น แบตไม่ต่ำ → จับคู่ใหม่:
  5. System Preferences → Bluetooth → Turn Bluetooth On
  6. ต่ออุปกรณ์ Bluetooth
  7. System Preferences → Mouse/Keyboard/Trackpad
  8. Set Up Bluetooth Mouse/Keyboard/Trackpad… → Mac ค้นหา

Troubleshooting ปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ

เช็คแบต, ใกล้พอ? Bluetooth ระยะ ~10 เมตร (30 ฟุต) ไกลเกิน → ปัญหา

1. ปิด/เปิดใหม่

Menu Bar Bluetooth → Turn Off → Turn On
หรือ System Preferences → Bluetooth → Off → On
ไม่ได้ → Restart Mac

2. ลบอุปกรณ์ Bluetooth

Restart Mac ไม่ได้ → ปิด/เปิดอุปกรณ์ Bluetooth
เชื่อมหลายอุปกรณ์ → ปัญหา (Max 7 ตัว แต่ 3-4 ตัวอาจเริ่มปัญหา บางตัวใช้ Data มาก)

System Preferences → Bluetooth → อุปกรณ์ปัญหา → กด x ลบ → Restart Mac → รอ 2 นาที → ต่อ USB ใหม่

3. เช็คสัญญาณรบกวน

อุปกรณ์ 2.4GHz: Cordless Phone, Baby Monitor, Microwave รบกวน Bluetooth
วัตถุโลหะระหว่างอุปกรณ์ → ปัญหา

4. ลบและสร้าง Bluetooth.plist ใหม่

2 วิธีลบ plist - Mac จะสร้างใหม่หลัง Reboot → อาจแก้ปัญหา

Terminal:

  1. Terminal → sudo rm -R /Library/Preferences/com.apple.Bluetooth.plist → Enter → รหัสผ่าน → Enter → Restart → System Preferences → Bluetooth → Turn On → Pair ใหม่

วิธีแก้ปัญหา Bluetooth บน Mac

Finder:

  1. Finder → Go → Go to Folder → /Library/Preferences → Go
  2. หา com.apple.Bluetooth.plist → ลบไป Trash
  3. Go → Go to Folder → ~/Library/Preferences/ByHost → Go
  4. หา com.apple.Bluetooth.XXX.plist (XXX = ตัวอักษรสุ่ม) → ลบไป Trash
  5. Restart Mac → สร้าง Bluetooth plist ใหม่ตอนเปิด/ปิด Bluetooth

5. รีเซ็ตโมดูล Bluetooth (ทางออกสุดท้าย)

  1. Shift + Option/Alt ค้างพร้อมกัน + คลิก Bluetooth ใน Menu Bar
  2. Debug → Remove all devices
  3. Menu อีกครั้ง → Debug → Reset the Bluetooth module
  4. Pair อุปกรณ์ Bluetooth ใหม่
