แก้ไข "You do not have permission to send to this recipient" บน Exchange Server

ติดตั้ง Exchange Server ลองส่ง/รับในเครือข่ายได้ ส่งออก Internet ได้ แต่ Remote Desktop เข้ามาจากนอก ส่งเมลเข้ามา → Error:

You do not have permission to send to this recipient...

<server #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for user@domain.com>

สำคัญ: ถ้าคุณส่งเมลให้คนอื่นเจอ Error นี้ → ปัญหาอยู่ที่ **ฝั่งรับ** ไม่ใช่ฝั่งส่ง ต้องแจ้ง Admin ฝั่งรับ

ปัญหา Config Exchange: ต้อง Allow Relay สำหรับ Authenticated Users

แก้ไข Exchange

1. Exchange System Manager → Servers → Protocols → SMTP

2. Right-click SMTP Virtual Server → Properties/Options
3. แท็บ Access → Relay

4. เลือก Only the list below → Uncheck Allow all computers which successfully authenticate to relay → Users

5. ติ๊ก Allow สำหรับ Authenticated Users (Submit Permission, Reply Permission)

Restart SMTP Service จาก Console → External Users ส่งเมลเข้ามาได้แล้ว
