1. ใช้ Ribbon Indent Cells

- คลิกขวา > Format Cells
- กดลูกศรเล็กมุมขวาล่าง Alignment (Windows)
- Format > Cells จาก Menu Bar (Mac)
- Format Cells Dialog เปิด > ยืนยันอยู่แท็บ Alignment
- Horizontal Drop-down > เลือก Indent Options: Left, Right, หรือ Distributed
- ใส่ตัวเลข หรือกดลูกศรใน Indent Field ด้านขวา ระบุ Level
- กด OK บันทึก จะเห็นเซลล์ Indent ตามตั้งค่า
3. ใช้ Keyboard Shortcut Indent Cells
ชอบ Shortcuts? ใช้ปุ่มลัด Indent ข้อความในเซลล์ได้ทั้ง Windows และ Mac
Windows: Alt + H + 6 Indent 1 Level ซ้าย / Alt + H + 5 ลด Indent
Mac: Control + Option + Tab Indent 1 Level ซ้าย / Control + Option + Shift + Tab ลด Indent
ทุกระบบ: จัด Modifier Keys แล้วกดปุ่มท้ายซ้ำ เพื่อเพิ่ม/ลด Level ต่อเนื่อง เช่น Mac: ถือ Control+Option กด Tab ซ้ำๆ
4. ใช้ Spacebar Indent Cells
วิธีสุดท้าย: ใช้ Spacebar แม้ไม่จำเป็นสำหรับ Indent ทั้งเซลล์ แต่จำเป็นหากต้องการ Indent บรรทัดแยกกันในเซลล์เดียว เหมาะสำหรับ List Items หรือ Outline หลายบรรทัด
รีเฟรช: Insert Line Break ในเซลล์: วางเคอร์เซอร์หน้าคำใหม่ > Windows: Alt + Enter / Mac: Command + Return
- เลือกเซลล์ที่มีบรรทัดต้องการ Indent วางเคอร์เซอร์ต้นบรรทัด (ในเซลล์หรือ Formula Bar)
เคล็ดลับ: หากไม่เห็น Formula Bar > View Tab > ติ๊ก Formula Bar
- กด Spacebar ใส่ Space ตามต้องการต้นบรรทัด ทำซ้ำบรรทัดอื่นๆ
- เสร็จแล้ว กด Enter/Return ยืนยัน
