Lower Triangular Matrix (เมทริกซ์สามเหลี่ยมล่าง) คือเมทริกซ์ที่สมาชิกทุกตัวที่อยู่ ด้านบนแนวทแยงมุมหลัก (Main Diagonal) เป็นศูนย์

เงื่อนไข: ถ้า i >= j แสดงค่าเดิม มิฉะนั้นแสดง 0
