เชื่อม AirPods กับ Windows ไม่ได้? 11 วิธีแก้ไขลองทำดู

Windows 11 ปรับปรุง Bluetooth Profile รองรับ AirPods ดีกว่าเดิม ใช้ไมโครโฟน/ควบคุมเพลงได้เลย แต่การเชื่อมต่อยังค่อนข้างฟันเฟือง (Finicky) บทความนี้รวบรวม 11-12 วิธีแก้ไขปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ AirPods บน Windows 11/10

Windows 11 เปลี่ยนแปลงอะไรบ้างสำหรับ AirPods?

Windows 11 จัดการ Bluetooth Profiles อัตโนมัติ ไม่เห็น 2 Devices แยกกัน (Stereo + Hands-free) แตะ Switch ระหว่างโหมดอัตโนมัติ แต่ยังมี Bugs: ตอน Video Call Switch ไป Mono ไม่กลับ Stereo ต้อง Reconnect

11-12 วิธีแก้ไขปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ AirPods

1. Reconnect แบบ Manual (Important!)

AirPods Reconnect อัตโนมัติตอนเปิดฝา Case ต่อเมื่อไม่ได้จับคู่กับอุปกรณ์อื่น หากจับคู่ iPhone ไปแล้ว ต้องกดปุ่ม Setup (หลัง Case) จนไฟกระพริบสีขาว (Pairing Mode) แล้วค่อยกด Connect ใน Settings Windows

2. Re-pair ใหม่ทั้งคู่

  1. Restart PC, เปิด Bluetooth
  2. เปิดฝา Case กดปุ่ม Setup จนไฟขาวกระพริบ
  3. Win+I > Bluetooth & devices > Add device > Bluetooth > เลือก AirPods > Done

3. ตรวจสอบ Output/Input Device ให้ถูกต้อง

  1. Win+I > Sound > Output: Headphones (AirPods), Input: AirPods
  2. Control Panel > Large icons > Sound > Playback/Recording tabs > Set AirPods as Default Device

4. ตรวจสอบ Devices and Printers

Control Panel > Devices and Printers > หา AirPods > Alt+Enter > Hardware Tab > ดู Driver Conflict (เครื่องหมาย ?/!) หากมี Uninstall แล้ว Re-pair

5. ลบ Hidden Devices ใน Device Manager

  1. Win+X > Device Manager > View > Show hidden devices
  2. Expand Bluetooth Adapter > หา AirPods สีเทา (Greyed out) > Right-click > Uninstall device
  3. เช็ค Audio inputs/outputs, Sound controllers, Other devices, Xbox 360 Peripherals ด้วย
  4. Restart PC

6. ลบ Device ให้หมดสะพาน (Complete Removal)

6.1 Devices and Printers

  1. Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right-click AirPods > Remove device > Yes

6.2 Device Manager (ซ้ำขั้นตอน 5 แต่มุ่งเน้นลบทุกที่)

6.3 Restart PC

Restart เพื่อ Clear Cached Drivers, Refresh BT Services

7. อัปเดต Bluetooth Drivers

ตรวจสอบ OEM Website หรือ Windows Update > Advanced Options > Optional Updates > Driver Updates

8. ปิด Wireless iAP Service

Service นี้สำหรับ Voice Commands ใช้ Bandwidth มาก ก่อให้เกิด Lag/Disconnect หากไม่ใช้ Voice Command ให้ปิด:

  1. Control Panel > Devices and Printers > AirPods Properties (Alt+Enter) > Services Tab
  2. Uncheck Wireless iAP > OK

9. ปิด Remote Control (Playback Gestures)

Windows 11 รองรับ Gesture ควบคุมเพลง Native แต่ Service นี้ก่อให้เกิด Disconnect โดยเฉพาะ AirPods Gen 1/2

  1. Control Panel > Devices and Printers > AirPods Properties > Services
  2. Uncheck Remote Control และ Remotely Controllable Device > OK
  3. Restart PC > ทดสอบ (จะเสีย Gesture Control)

10. ปิด Handsfree Telephony (ถ้าอยากได้ Audio คุณภาพสูง Stereo เท่านั้น)

  1. AirPods Properties > Services > Uncheck Handsfree Telephony > OK
  2. Audio จะ Switch ไป Stereo อัตโนมัติ คุณภาพดีกว่า

11. ปิด Absolute Volume (Registry)

แก้ปัญหาเสียงเล็ก/ขาดหาย/Disconnect บน Bluetooth Devices บางรุ่น

  1. Win+R > regedit
  2. ไป: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Bluetooth\Audio\AVRCP\CT
  3. Double-click DisableAbsoluteVolume > Value data = 1 > OK
  4. Restart PC > Re-pair AirPods

12. Reset AirPods ให้เป็นค่าโรงงาน

  1. ลบ AirPods ออกจาก Windows ก่อน (Control Panel + Device Manager)
  2. ใส่ Case รอสักพัก > เปิดฝา กดปุ่ม Setup ~15 วินาที จนไฟส้มล่ามกว่า ขาว
  3. ปิดฝา > เปิดฝา กด Setup เข้า Pairing Mode > จับคู่กับ Windows ใหม่

Windows 11: Smart Switching แต่ยัง Buggy

  • Google Meet: AirPods โชว์ 3 Devices เลือกไหนก็ไม่ทำงาน Audio ค้างข้างเดียว
  • Microsoft Teams: Auto Switch ได้ แต่ Mic หยุดทำงานบ่อย ต้อง Mute/Unmute หรือ ใส่ Case รอสักครู่
