แก้ Hello PIN Error 0x80090011 บน Windows 11/10

ตอน Setup Windows Hello บน Windows 11/10 หลายคนเจอ Error 0x80090011 ขั้นตอน Create a PIN Error เกิดจาก Container หรือ Key ไม่เจอ ข้อความ Error:

Something went wrong, and we couldn't set up your PIN. Try again, and if this doesn't work, contact your support person and report this error: 0x80090011

Hello PIN Error 0x80090011 - วิธีแก้

1. Unjoin Device จาก Azure AD แล้ว Rejoin
2. Sign Out Microsoft Account
3. ล้าง Ngc Folder
4. เปลี่ยน TPM Settings
5. เปลี่ยน Group Policy Settings
6. สร้าง PIN ใหม่
7. ติดต่อ Microsoft Support

1. Unjoin Device จาก Azure AD แล้ว Rejoin

Error นี้เกี่ยวกับ Active Directory วิธีง่าย: Unjoin แล้ว Join ใหม่ ทำตามขั้นตอน:

Windows 10

1. Settings (Win+I) > About (ภายใต้ System)
2. เลือก Disconnect from organization
3. Restart > กลับไป About อีกครั้ง
4. Rejoin Organization ใหม่

Windows 11

1. Win+I > Accounts ด้านซ้าย
2. เลือก Access work or school
3. คลิก Disconnect
4. Restart > กลับไป Account > Access work or school
5. Rejoin Organization ใหม่

เช็คว่าหายไหม

2. Sign Out Microsoft Account

หลายคนแก้ได้แค่ Sign Out/In ใหม่ ขั้นตอน:

1. กดปุ่ม Windows เปิด Start Menu
2. คลิกขวารูปโปรไฟล์มุมซ้ายล่าง > Sign Out
3. ไปที่ Lock Screen
4. เลือก Microsoft Account ใส่ Password > Sign In

เช็คว่าหายไหม ถ้าไม่ ลองข้อต่อไป

3. ล้าง Ngc Folder

ข้อมูล PIN เก็บอยู่ใน Ngc Folder ถ้า Data เสียหาย จะเจอ Error 0x80090011 ให้ล้าง Ngc Folder:

Note: ต้อง Login ด้วย Admin Account

1. Win+R พิมพ์:

   C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft

   Enter
2. เปิดโฟลเดอร์ Ngc
3. Ctrl+A เลือกทั้งหมด > Delete

Restart PC เช็คต่อ

4. เปลี่ยน TPM Settings

ลองเข้าถึง TPM เปลี่ยน Settings:

1. Win+R พิมพ์ tpm.msc Enter
2. คลิก Action มุมซ้ายบน > Prepare the TPM
3. ปิดหน้าต่าง Restart ระบบ

5. เปลี่ยน Group Policy Settings

แก้ได้ด้วย Group Policy:

1. Win+R พิมพ์

   gpedit.msc

   Enter
2. ไป: Administrative Templates > System > Logon
3. หา Turn on convenience PIN sign-in Double-click
4. ติ๊ก Enabled
5. Apply > OK
6. Reboot เช็ค

6. สร้าง PIN ใหม่

ถ้าข้างบนไม่ได้ ให้สร้าง PIN ใหม่:

1. Win+I > Accounts > Sign-in options
2. คลิก Dropdown ถัดจาก PIN > I forgot my PIN
3. Follow วิซาร์ด Reset PIN

7. ติดต่อ Microsoft Support
