msdt.exe -id DeviceDiagnostic

เปิด Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter แล้ว คลิก Advanced ด้านซ้ายล่าง เช็คว่า Apply repairs automatically ถูกเลือกหรือไม่ หากไม่ ให้เลือก แล้วคลิก Next

2] อัปเดต Device Driver

ตามที่อธิบาย สาเหตุทั่วไปคือ Device Driver เสียหายหรือเก่า แนะนำอัปเดต Device Driver จาก Device Manager ขั้นตอน:

หากอัปเดต Driver ไม่ช่วย ลองติดตั้ง Driver ใน Compatibility Mode ก่อน Uninstall Driver จาก Device Manager หลัง Uninstall เปิดตำแหน่งที่ดาวน์โหลด Driver จากเว็บผู้ผลิต ขั้นตอน:

1. คลิกขวา Driver Installer File เลือก Properties
2. คลิกแท็บ Compatibility
3. ติ๊ก "Run this program in compatibility mode for"
4. เลือก Windows เวอร์ชันเก่าจากเมนูเลื่อนลง
5. คลิก Apply แล้ว OK
6. ดับเบิลคลิก Installer File ติดตั้ง Driver บนระบบ

4] ใช้ USB Port อื่น

หากเจอปัญหากับ USB Device ให้ต่อที่ USB Port อื่น ดูว่าปัญหายังคงอยู่หรือไม่ บางคนแก้ได้โดยต่อ USB 3.0 แทน USB 2.0 หากต่อ USB 3.0 อยู่แล้ว ให้ถอดและต่อที่ USB 2.0

5] Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State

ปัญหาอาจมาจากโปรแกรมที่ขัดแย้งกันติดตั้งอยู่ ตรวจสอบโดย Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State หากพบโปรแกรมที่มีปัญหา ให้ Uninstall แล้วตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาหายหรือไม่

6] ทำ System Restore
