วิธีแก้ Snipping Tool ไม่ทำงาน

1. Relaunch Snipping Tool (Kill Process แล้วเปิดใหม่)
2. รัน System File Checker (SFC)
3. หา Software ที่ Conflict
4. Disable/Enable Snipping Tool ผ่าน Group Policy

1. Relaunch Snipping Tool

• Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) > More details
• Processes tab > SnippingTool > End task
• เปิด Snipping Tool ใหม่

2. รัน System File Checker

• CMD (Admin): sfc /scannow
• รอสแกนเสร็จ Restart แล้วลองเปิด Snipping Tool

3. หา Software ที่ Conflict

• Win+R msconfig Enter
• Services tab > Tick Hide all Microsoft services
• Disable services ที่สงสัย (โปรแกรมติดตั้งใหม่) > Apply > OK
• Restart ทดสอบใน Clean Boot

4. Disable/Enable Snipping Tool (Group Policy)

• Win+R gpedit.msc Enter
• User Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Tablet PC > Accessories
• Double-click Do not allow Snipping Tool to run > Enabled > OK
• กลับมาตั้ง Not Configured หรือ Disabled > Apply > OK

สาเหตุหลัก Snipping Tool ไม่ทำงาน

• เปลี่ยน Default Save Path ทำให้ Save ไม่ได้
• System Files เกี่ยวกับ Snipping Tool เสียหาย
