- ตรวจสอบการติดตั้งเว็บแคม
- อัปเดต Driver เว็บแคม
- Uninstall แล้ว Reinstall Driver
- Rollback Driver
- ตรวจสอบ Driver เก่า (stream.sys)
- ตรวจสอบ Antivirus บล็อกกล้อง
บางขั้นตอนต้องใช้สิทธิ์ Administrator
1. ตรวจสอบการติดตั้งเว็บแคม
USB Port ทำงานปกติ? ลองเปลี่ยนพอร์ต ดูไฟ LED บนแคม
2. อัปเดต Driver เว็บแคม
Win + X > Device Manager > Imaging Devices > คลิกขวาเว็บแคม > Update driver > Search automatically
3. Uninstall แล้ว Reinstall Driver
Device Manager > คลิกขวาเว็บแคม > Properties > Driver tab > Uninstall Device > Restart > Action > Scan for hardware changes
4. Rollback Driver
Properties > Driver tab > Roll Back Driver > Yes > Restart
5. ตรวจสอบ Driver เก่า (stream.sys)
Properties > Driver tab > Driver Details > หา stream.sys ถ้ามี แสดงว่าแคมเก่ากว่า Windows 7 ไม่รองรับ Win 10/11 ต้องซื้อใหม่
6. ตรวจสอบ Antivirus
Antivirus บางตัวบล็อกกล้อง ปิดชั่วคราวทดสอบ
