Windows 11/10 Activation Troubleshooter
Windows Activation Troubleshooter ช่วยแก้ activation issues ที่พบบ่อยบนอุปกรณ์ Windows Genuine รวมถึงที่เกิดจาก hardware changes
หาก activate Windows 10 ไม่ได้ เปิด Settings > Update & security คลิกลิงก์ Activation แผงซ้าย ต่อมา คลิกลิงก์ Troubleshoot
Windows Activation troubleshooter จะเปิดและพยายามแก้ปัญหาต่อไปนี้:
- มี digital license สำหรับ Windows 11/10 Pro แต่ติดตั้ง Windows 11/10 Home
- มี digital license สำหรับ Windows 11/10 Home แต่ติดตั้ง Windows 11/10 Pro
- มี digital license สำหรับ Windows แต่ยังไม่ได้ activate
- เปลี่ยน hardware อย่างมีนัยสำคัญเมื่อเร็วๆ นี้
หลัง troubleshooting เสร็จ หากไม่พบปัญหา จะแจ้งให้ทราบ
หากเปลี่ยน hardware อาจคลิก I changed hardware on this device recently สำหรับคำแนะนำเพิ่มเติม
หากอุปกรณ์มี digital license/digital entitlement สำหรับ Windows 11/10 Pro จาก Windows 11/10 build ที่ activate แล้วก่อนหน้า แต่ติดตั้ง Windows 11/10 Home บนอุปกรณ์นั้นโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ Troubleshooter จะแนะนำอัปเกรดเป็น Windows 11/10 Pro และ activate Windows ให้อัตโนมัติ
Troubleshoot option มีเฉพาะตอน copy ของ Windows 11/10 ไม่ได้ activate หลัง activate แล้ว option จะหาย
Troubleshooter นี้ใช้แก้ activation issues ได้ ต้อง sign in เป็น administrator
