Windows could not start the Diagnostic Policy Service
ข้อความอาจแสดง Access is denied เกิดจาก Process "MpsSvc" ไม่มีสิทธิ์ Registry Keys ที่เกี่ยวข้อง อาจเกิดจาก Account TrustedInstaller ขาดสิทธิ์ Registry Key ต้อง Take Full Control & Ownership ของ Registry Keys
ก่อนเริ่ม: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน
Win+R พิมพ์ 'regedit' Enter
ไปที่ Path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\DPS\Parameters
คลิกขวา Key 'Parameters' > 'Permissions'
ใน Group or user names เลือกบัญชีของคุณ
ในคอลัมน์ Allow ของ Permissions ติ๊ก Full Control และ Read
Apply/OK
ต่อไปไปที่ Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\WDI\Config
คลิกขวา Key Config > Permissions
Add > พิมพ์ NT Service\DPS > OK
เลือก 'DPS' ติ๊ก Full Control > OK > ปิด Registry Editor
Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ เช็คว่าแก้ได้หรือไม่
