Error "Windows Could not Connect to the ProfSvc Service" ที่หน้า Login = Windows เชื่อม Profile Service ไม่ได้ (Service ที่จัดการ User Profile) สาเหตุ: System Files เสีย หรือ User Profile Corrupt
สาเหตุ ProfSvc Service Error
- System Files เสียหาย/ขาดหาย: Profile โหลดไม่ได้
- User Profile Corrupt: Profile ชำรุด Login ไม่เข้า
วิธีที่ 1: เปิดใช้งาน Built-in Administrator (ซ่อนอยู่ใน Windows)
- Boot จาก Windows Installation Media (USB/DVD) → Repair your computer
- หรือ: เข้า Safe Mode with Command Prompt
- Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt
- รัน:
net user administrator /active:yes - Restart → Login ด้วย Administrator
- สร้าง User Profile ใหม่ → Copy ข้อมูลจาก Profile เก่า (ผ่าน Explorer) → ลบ Profile เก่า
วิธีที่ 2: System Restore
- Boot จาก Installation Media → Repair your computer
- Troubleshoot > System Restore
- เลือก Restore Point ที่ระบบทำงานปกติ → Next → Finish
วิธีที่ 3: Clean Install Windows (สุดท้าย)
ถ้าวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ → Clean Install Windows ใหม่ (Backup ข้อมูลก่อน) ใช้ Media Creation Tool หรือ Rufus สร้าง Bootable
