ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้:
- รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
- Clean Boot แล้วรัน Update ใหม่
- Reset Windows Update Components เป็นค่าเริ่มต้น
- ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว
- ทำ Automatic Startup Repair
1. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
มักแก้ Update Errors ได้ หลังรัน Troubleshooter รัน Windows Update อีกครั้ง หากยัง Error ลองวิธีถัดไป
2. Clean Boot แล้วรัน Update
Third-party Apps/Services อาจขัดขวาง Update Clean Boot Windows แล้วรัน Update ในสถานะนั้น ดูว่าหายไหม
3. Reset Windows Update Components เป็น Default
ใช้ Reset Windows Update Agent Tool Reset Components หรือ PowerShell Script Reset Windows Update Client หรือ Reset แต่ละ Component เอง แล้วรัน Update ใหม่
4. ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว
บางครั้ง AV/Firewall ก่อให้เกิด Update Error ปิด AV/Firewall Restart แล้วติดตั้ง Update ที่ล้มเหลว ติดตั้งสำเร็จ ค่อยเปิด AV/Firewall กลับ
ปิด Windows Defender และ Windows Firewall ได้ หากใช้ AV คนอื่น ปิด Firewall ของมันด้วย (ขึ้นกับซอฟต์แวร์)
5. ทำ Automatic Startup Repair
ทำ Windows 10 Startup Repair เสร็จ รัน Update ใหม่ ควรติดตั้งได้โดยไม่ Error
