เรารู้ว่าผ่าน Windows Action Center สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาระบบได้ด้วยปุ่ม Check for solutions แต่ไม่กี่วันมา ทุกครั้งที่กดปุ่มนี้ใน Action Center ได้ข้อผิดพลาด:
Problem connecting to the Windows Error Reporting service. Some of the reports could not be uploaded to the Windows Error Reporting service. Please try again later.
จากข้อความชัดเจนว่า ปัญหานี้เกี่ยวกับการทำงานของ service Windows Error Reporting และ dependency services ของมัน ถ้าไม่ทำงานถูกต้อง จะเจอข้อความนี้ตลอด จึงไม่สามารถตรวจสอบโซลูชันใน Action Center ได้ ทำให้ปัญหา PC อื่นๆ อาจค้างไว้ไม่ได้แก้

Windows Error Reporting Service ช่วย Microsoft และพาร์ทเนอร์วินิจฉัยปัญหาซอฟต์แวร์และให้โซลูชัน เคยเขียนวิธีเปิด/ปิด Windows Error Reporting Service ไปแล้ว วันนี้จะดูวิธีแก้ปัญหานี้
- กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ services.msc ใน Run dialog box
- ในหน้าต่าง Services เลื่อนลงหา Windows Error Reporting Service ถ้าเจอปัญหานี้ Service อาจไม่ได้ Running ดับเบิลคลิกเพื่อเปิด Properties
- ในหน้าต่าง Properties ตรวจสอบ Startup type เป็น Manual หรือ Automatic แล้วกด Start ถ้ายังไม่ทำงาน กด Apply > OK
ปิด Services window และ รีสตาร์ทเครื่อง หลังบูตใหม่ ลอง Check for solutions ใน Action Center อีกครั้ง ปัญหาควรแก้ไขได้แล้ว
