คำสั่ง Exit จะปิดหน้าต่างอัตโนมัติหลังรันคำสั่งอื่นๆ
หลังทำขั้นตอนด้านบนเสร็จ รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อบันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง
หากยังเจอรหัสข้อผิดพลาดเดิมหลังรีเซ็ต Windows components ให้ไปวิธีถัดไป
TIP: สามารถใช้ Reset Windows Update Components Tool ได้เช่นกัน
3) ตรวจสอบสถานะบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Windows Update
เปิด Windows Services Manager ตรวจสอบบริการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Windows Update เช่น Windows Update, Windows Update Medic, Update Orchestrator Services ฯลฯ ไม่ได้ถูก Disable
การตั้งค่าเริ่มต้นบน Windows 10 แบบ Standalone คือ:
- Windows Update Service – Manual (Triggered)
- Windows Update Medic Services – Manual
- Cryptographic Services – Automatic
- Background Intelligent Transfer Service – Manual
- Windows Installer – Manual

4) รัน DISM เพื่อซ่อมแซมส่วนประกอบ Windows Update
