Windows Hello ใช้ Webcam Built-in ทำ Face Recognition เข้าระบบภายใน 2 วินาที ใช้กับ 10+ แอป (Dropbox, iHeartRadio, OneDrive) ข้ามการพิมพ์รหัสผ่าน หาก Cancel แล้ว Restart Setup Face Recognition ใน Windows 11/10 ไม่ได้ บทความนี้มี Workaround
สถานการณ์ทั่วไป:
หน้า Set up Windows Hello เลือก Use face recognition → Set up หน้าต่อไป Cancel ด้วย "x" มุมขวาบน Preview Window
Windows กลับไปหน้า Set up Windows Hello เลือก Use face recognition → Set up อีกครั้ง
แทน Preview Window ได้หน้าจอดำ/ขาวว่างเปล่า
Windows Hello Facial Recognition Setup ไม่ทำงาน
หาก Cancel & Restart Face Recognition Setup ไม่ได้ ทำตามนี้:
- คลิก "x" มุมขวาบน หรือ Alt+F4 (ถ้าไม่เห็น x)
- รอ LED กล้องดับ
บน PC ส่วนใหญ่ LED กระพริบตอน Camera และ Infrared Active หลัง Cancel LED กระพริบต่อไปไม่กี่วินาที แสดง System ยังไม่พร้อม Restart
- หลัง LED หยุดกระพริบ → เลือก Use face recognition → Set up อีกครั้ง
