แก้ Windows Update Service Not Running (บริการไม่ทำงาน)

ข้อความ "Windows Update cannot currently check for updates, because the service is not running" แสดงว่าบริการ Windows Update หยุดทำงาน

วิธีที่ 1: รีสตาร์ทบริการ Windows Update และลบโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution

1. Win + R พิมพ์ services.msc Enter
2. หา Windows Update คลิกขวา Properties
3. ถ้ากำลังทำงาน กด Stop ก่อน
4. เปิด Explorer ไป

   C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

   ลบโฟลเดอร์นี้ทั้งโฟลเดอร์
5. กลับไป Services ตั้ง Startup type = Automatic กด Start
6. ลองตรวจสอบอัปเดตใหม่

วิธีที่ 2: อัปเดต Intel Rapid Storage Technology (RST) Driver

1. เปิด Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
2. ขยาย Disk drives หาไดรฟ์ที่ใช้ Intel RST คลิกขวา Uninstall Device
3. ดาวน์โหลด Intel RST Driver ล่าสุดจากเว็บ Intel ติดตั้งใหม่
4. รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 3: สำหรับ Windows 7/8.1 – เปลี่ยนการตั้งค่า Windows Update

1. Control Panel > Windows Update
2. คลิก Change settings ด้านซ้าย
3. ตั้ง Important updates = Never check for updates
4. กลับไปหน้า Windows Update กด Check for updates
5. ติดตั้งเสร็จ คืนค่าการตั้งค่าเดิม

วิธีที่ 4: ลงทะเบียนไฟล์ DLL ของ Windows Update ใหม่

1. เปิด CMD แบบ Admin
2. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด:

   regsvr32 wuapi.dll
   regsvr32 wuaueng.dll
   regsvr32 wups.dll
   regsvr32 wups2.dll
   regsvr32 wuwebv.dll
   regsvr32 wucltux.dll

3. พิมพ์ exit รีสตาร์ทเครื่อง
