Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Update บน Local Computer ได้

หากพยายามเริ่มบริการ Windows Update แตเจอข้อความ Windows could not start the Windows Update service on Local Computer, Error 87, The parameter is incorrect ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้:

ขณะใช้ Windows 11/10 Update อาจเจอ Error Codes หลายตัว (0x80070643, 80244019, 0x80240034 ฯลฯ) นอกจากนี้ หาก Windows Update Service หยุดทำงาน และเริ่มไม่ได้ นี่คือวิธีแก้:

1. ตรวจสอบ Service Dependencies

Windows Service ขึ้นอยู่กับ Service อื่น เรียกว่า Dependencies Windows Update Service ขึ้นกับ 3 Services: Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Service, DCOM Server Process Launcher, RPC Endpoint Mapper หาก Services นี้ทำงานไม่ถูกต้อง Service ที่ขึ้นอยู่ก็จะเริ่มไม่ได้

เปิด Services Manager หา:

  1. Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Service
  2. DCOM Server Process Launcher
  3. RPC Endpoint Mapper

Double-click แต่ละ Service ตรวจ Startup type = Automatic และ Service status = Running ถ้าไม่ ให้กด Start แล้วลองเริ่ม Windows Update Service ใหม่

2. เริ่ม Background Intelligent Transfer & Cryptographic Services

Windows ไม่สามารถเริ่มบริการ Windows Update บน Local Computer ได้

ทั้ง 2 Services ต้องทำงานปกติสำหรับ Windows Update:

  1. Background Intelligent Transfer Service – Manual
  2. Cryptographic Services – Automatic

หาและตรวจ Startup Type และ Service Status = Running ถ้าไม่ ให้กด Start แล้วลองเริ่ม Windows Update Service ใหม่

3. Reset Windows Update Component

ถ้ายังไม่แก้ ต้อง Reset Windows Update Component ทีละตัวด้วยตนเอง จำเป็นเมื่อแก้ไข Windows Update มากจน Service หยุดทำงานจากสาเหตุไม่ทราบ

4. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

Troubleshooter เป็นตัวเลือกดีที่สุดเมื่อไม่มีวิธีไหนทำงาน เข้า Windows Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot หา Windows Update คลิก Run the troubleshooter ตามหน้าจอ

5. ลบค่าใน Registry

ถ้า Troubleshooter ล้มเหลว และเจอ "Service Registration is Missing or Corrupt" ให้เปิด Registry Editor ไปที่:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost\Applicability

ถ้าพบค่า ThresholdOptedIn ด้านขวา ให้ลบมัน
