ติดตั้ง Microsoft Game ไม่ได้ พบ Error อาจเพราะ InstallShield Application เสียหาย
Error Messages ที่อาจเจอ:
Error – 1607: Unable to install InstallShield Scripting Runtime
Error – 1628: Failed to complete installation
ลองข้อเสนอต่อไปนี้:
1] เปลี่ยนชื่อ InstallShield Folder
- เปิด \Program Files\Common Files\ Folder
- Right-click Installshield Folder
- Rename เป็น InstallShield-old
- ลองติดตั้ง Game ใหม่
2] ติดตั้ง Windows Installer Package ล่าสุด
ดาวน์โหลด .msu หรือ .exe ล่าสุดสำหรับ Windows Version ติดตั้งแล้วลอง
3] ปิด Process 2 ตัวนี้ด้วยตนเอง
- เปิด Task Manager หา idriver.exe และ msiexec.exe
- Right-click เลือก End Process
4] สร้าง User Account ใหม่
สร้าง User Account ใหม่ที่มี Admin Rights ใช้ Account นี้ติดตั้ง Game ดู
5] ติดตั้งใน Clean Boot State
ลองติดตั้งใน Clean Boot State หาช่วยได้ดี มิฉะนั้น Troubleshoot เพิ่มใน State นั้น
