USB Security Keys เป็นสื่อยืนยันตัวตนที่ปลอดภัยสำหรับ Components ต่างๆ บนคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้ Login Windows 10 ได้ ด้วย Web APIs ที่ก้าวหน้า User สามารถ Authenticate ข้ามเว็บไซต์ด้วย Key เดียวกัน แต่ Key เหล่านี้บางครั้งอาจไม่ทำงาน เนื่องจากหลายปัจจัย: ความไม่เข้ากันได้หรือ Driver เสีย, Integrity ของ Key ถูกทำลาย ฯลฯ
USB Security Key ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10
หาก USB Security Key ไม่ทำงาน บน Windows 10 วิธีต่อไปนี้พิสูจน์แล้วว่าช่วยแก้ได้:
- Toggle Internet Options Settings
- Reinstall USB Drivers ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- เปลี่ยน PIN ของ Security Key
- ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว
- Troubleshoot Web Browser
1. Toggle Internet Options Settings
ค้นหา Internet Options ใน Windows Search เปิดแท็บ Security
สำหรับ Zones ทั้งหมด ลาก Security Slider ลงต่ำสุด กด OK บันทึก ปิด Internet Options
นี่เป็น措施ชั่วคราว เพราะทำให้คอมพิวเตอร์ Vulnerable ทำเสร็จงาน กดปุ่ม Reset all zones to default level
2. Reinstall Drivers ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ความไม่เข้ากันได้ระหว่าง Drivers และ OS หรือ Drivers เสีย อาจทำให้ Security Keys ทำงานผิดปกติ
Uninstall USB Driver จาก Device Manager ชื่อ Driver จะตาม Manufacturer ของ USB Security Key ภายใต้ Universal Serial Bus controllers
ไปเว็บ Manufacturer ของ Security Key ดาวน์โหลด Driver ล่าสุด ติดตั้ง
3. เปลี่ยน PIN ของ Security Key
อาจมีโอกาส PIN ของ Security Key เสีย สามารถ Reset PIN เพื่อ Troubleshoot ใช้ Configuration Utility ของ Security Key
4. ปิด Antivirus
Antivirus บางตัวอาจขวางการทำงานของ Security Key แนะนำปิด Antivirus หรือ Windows Defender ชั่วคราว ทดสอบดู
5. Troubleshoot Web Browser
หาก Security Key ไม่ทำงานเฉพาะบน Browser:
- ตรวจสอบว่า Browser รองรับ Security Key หรือไม่ (ดูเว็บอย่างเป็นทางการ)
- รองรับแล้ว Update Browser เป็นรุ่นล่าสุด
- ไม่ช่วย ลอง Reinstall Browser หรือเปลี่ยน Browser ที่รองรับ
