แก้ "No Internet Connection / Proxy Server Error" ใน Chrome: 8 วิธีแก้ไขทีละขั้นตอน

Chrome แสดง "There is no internet connection. Something went wrong with the proxy server or the address is incorrect" แต่อินเทอร์เน็ตทำงานปกติ (บราวเซอร์อื่นได้, Ping ได้) ปัญหานี้มักมาจาก: Proxy Settings ผิด, VPN/Antivirus ชน, Chrome Profile/Cache เสีย, Malware, หรือ Network Stack Error

🔍 วินิจฉัยเร็ว: ปัญหาอยู่ที่ Chrome หรือ System?

  1. เปิด Edge / Firefox / Brave → เข้าเว็บเดียวกัน → ถ้าเข้าได้ = ปัญหาเฉพาะ Chrome
  2. ถ้าทุกบราวเซอร์เข้าไม่ได้ = System/Network/Proxy/VPN/Malware → ข้ามไปวิธีที่ 1, 2, 3, 7, 8
  3. CMD Admin → ping 8.8.8.8 → ถ้า Reply ได้ = Internet OK, DNS/Proxy Issue

8 วิธีแก้ไข เรียงจากง่าย/พบบ่อย ไปยาก

1. รีเซ็ต Proxy Settings ให้เป็น Automatic (Windows System Proxy) ⭐ แก้ได้มากที่สุด

หลายโปรแกรม (VPN, Proxy Tool, Malware) เปลี่ยน System Proxy ให้ชี้ไป 127.0.0.1:Port ที่ไม่มี Service รันอยู่

  1. Win + R → inetcpl.cpl (Internet Properties) → แท็บ Connections → LAN settings
  2. ☑️ Automatically detect settings
  3. ☐ ยกเลิกติ๊ก Use a proxy server for your LAN (และทุกตัวเลือกอื่น)
  4. OK → OK → Restart Chrome

ถ้าตั้งแล้วกลับมาผิดอีก: มีโปรแกรม/มัลแวร์กำลังเปลี่ยน → Boot Safe Mode → ตั้งค่าใหม่ → Uninstall โปรแกรมน่าสงสัย / Scan Malware

2. รีเซ็ต Proxy ผ่าน Registry (ถ้า GUI ไม่ได้/โดน Lock)

  1. Win + R → regedit
  2. ไป: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings
  3. ลบ (Delete) ค่า (Values) นี้ (ถ้ามี): ProxyEnable, ProxyServer, ProxyOverride, MigrateProxy
  4. สร้าง DWORD ProxyEnable = 0
  5. Restart PC

3. ปิด/ลบ VPN, Proxy Extension, Antivirus Firewall ชั่วคราว

  • VPN App: Disconnect / Quit App / Uninstall (บางตัวเหลือ Service/Adapter ค้าง)
  • Browser Extensions: Chrome → chrome://extensions/ → ปิด/ลบ VPN, Proxy, Adblock, Security Extensions ทั้งหมด → Test
  • Antivirus Firewall: ปิดชั่วคราว (15-30 นาที) → Test → เปิดกลับ (Windows Defender ไม่ต้องปิด)
  • Proxy Tools: Proxifier, ProxyCap, Clash, V2Ray, Shadowsocks → Quit / Uninstall / Check Config

4. รีเซ็ต Chrome ให้เป็นค่าเริ่มต้น (Reset Settings)

  1. Chrome → chrome://settings/reset (หรือ 3 จุด → Settings → Reset settings)
  2. คลิก Restore settings to their original defaults → Reset settings
  3. จะล้าง: Startup pages, Search engine, Pinned tabs, Extensions (Disable), Cookies/Cache (บางส่วน), Proxy Settings (Chrome Internal)
  4. ไม่ล้าง: Bookmarks, History, Saved Passwords

5. ล้าง Cache/Cookies/Host Cache เฉพาะเจาะจง

  • chrome://settings/clearBrowserData → All time → ☑️ Cookies, Cached images → Clear data
  • chrome://net-internals/#dns → Clear host cache
  • chrome://net-internals/#sockets → Flush socket pools
  • chrome://net-internals/#hsts → Delete domain security policies (ถ้าเจอ HSTS Error)

6. สร้าง Chrome Profile ใหม่ (แยก Profile ที่เสีย)

  1. Chrome → รูปโปรไฟล์ (ขวาบน) → Add new profile → Without account / Sign in
  2. ทดสอบใน Profile ใหม่ → ถ้าทำงานได้ = Profile เดิมเสีย → Sync ข้อมูล (Bookmarks, Passwords) ไป Profile ใหม่ → ลบ Profile เก่า

7. รีเซ็ต Network Stack (Winsock / TCP/IP / DNS) ⭐ แก้ปัญหา System Level

CMD Run as Administrator → รันทีละคำสั่ง:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
netsh int ipv4 reset
netsh int ipv6 reset

Restart PC บังคับ หลังรันคำสั่ง netsh

8. System Restore / Reset Windows (ทางเลือกสุดท้าย)

  • System Restore: Win + R → rstrui → เลือก Restore Point ก่อนปัญหาเกิด
  • Reset this PC: Settings → System → Recovery → Reset PC → Keep my files (Cloud download แนะนำ) → ติดตั้งใหม่ แต่เก็บไฟล์ User

🛡️ ป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำ

  • ✅ ไม่ติดตั้ง VPN/Proxy Extension/Software จากแหล่งไม่เชื่อถือ
  • ✅ ใช้ Antivirus เพียงตัวเดียว (Windows Defender พอ) + Malwarebytes สแกนสัปดาห์ละครั้ง
  • ✅ ตั้งค่า DNS ให้ชัดเจน (Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 / Google 8.8.8.8 / Quad9 9.9.9.9) ใน Network Adapter
  • ✅ ไม่ใช้ Registry Cleaner / System Optimizer
  • ✅ อัปเดต Windows, Chrome, Driver เป็นประจำ

📋 Quick Checklist เมื่อเจอ Error นี้

  1. ☐ อื่น Browser ได้ไหม? (แยก Chrome vs System)
  2. ☐ Proxy Settings ใน Windows เป็น Auto Detect ไหม? (inetcpl.cpl)
  3. ☐ มี VPN/Proxy/Extension รันอยู่ไหม? → ปิดทั้งหมด
  4. ☐ Reset Chrome Settings (chrome://settings/reset)
