iTunes เป็นซอฟต์แวร์จำเป็นสำหรับผู้มีผลิตภัณฑ์ Apple เช่น iPhone, iPad, iPod ผู้ใช้บางส่วนรายงานเจอ Error Code 1671 บน Windows 10 Error เกิดตอน Update/Restore Software/Data บน iPhone/iPad ผ่าน iTunes แม้คาดว่าจะราบรื่น แต่ Error ก็เกิด สาเหตุ: Interruption ระหว่าง Software กับ Apple Server
The software update server could not be contacted. An unknown error occured (1671).
Error Code 1671 สำหรับ iTunes บน Windows 10
วิธีแก้ไข:
- ใช้ Host File
- ใช้ Factory Reset
- ใช้ DFU Mode
ก่อนเริ่ม: ตรวจสอบว่า iTunes เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด Update iOS Device ด้วย OTA (Over the Air) Updates ปิด Antivirus ชั่วคราว โดยปกติต้องให้ iTunes ติดต่อ Apple Software-Update Servers ได้
1] Disable Hosts File
เปิด File Explorer ไปที่:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
ย้ายไฟล์ hosts ไป Desktop
ลอง Update/Restore Apple Device
เสร็จแล้ว ย้ายไฟล์กลับไปที่ etc Folder
2] ใช้ Factory Reset
Factory Reset iPhone, iPad, iPod – ขณะทำ ให้ต่ออุปกรณ์กับคอมพิวเตอร์ที่รัน iTunes อยู่
iTunes จะ Prompt ให้ Restore iPhone/iPad/iPod
ทำตาม On-screen Instructions Restore iOS Device ให้ถูกต้อง
3] ใช้ DFU (Device Firmware Update) Mode
ขั้นตอนนี้ซับซ้อน เปิด iTunes ต่อ iPhone
กด Power Button + Home Button ค้าง 10 วินาที
เมื่อเจอข้อความบน iTunes ปล่อย Power Button เท่านั้น:
"iTunes has detected an iPhone in recovery mode. You must restore this iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."
หากหน้าจอ Mobile ดำ ให้ปล่อย Home Button ด้วย หากไม่ได้หน้าจอดำ ลองทำจาก đầuใหม่
ตอนนี้ใช้ iTunes Restore Device ปกติ จะเปิดกับ Default OOBE
