เจอไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่อ PC/Laptop เข้าอินเทอร์เน็ตได้? หรือการเชื่อมต่อแสดง "No Internet Access" หรือ "Limited Internet Access"? มีหลายสาเหตุที่ก่อให้เกิดปัญหานี้ ตามรายงานบางคน เริ่มเจอ "No Internet Connection" หรือ Unidentified Network No Internet Access Error หลังติดตั้ง Windows 10 Update ล่าสุด
บางคนรายงานหลัง Upgrade Windows 10 เวอร์ชันล่าสุด เวลาพยายามเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ต จะเจอสถานการณ์ต่างๆ เช่น No Network Access, WiFi No Internet, Wireless Network Connection Not Connected, No Wireless Network Connection, Unidentified Network No Internet Access, No Internet Access ฯลฯ
No Internet Access Windows 10
มีหลายปัจจัยก่อให้เกิด No Internet Access แต่สาเหตุหลักคือ Network Adapter Drivers ที่เสียหาย/เก่า/ไม่เข้ากันได้, Network Configuration ผิด, Hardware Issues, Network Account Issue, Corrupt Profile หากคุณเผชิญสถานการณ์ข้างต้น นี่คือวิธีแก้ที่ใช้ได้
ปิด Security Software: เริ่มจากพื้นฐาน ปิด Security Software (Firewall, Antivirus ฯลฯ) ชั่วคราว เช็คว่าปัญหาแก้หรือไม่
Restart Modem และ Router: อาจมีปัญหากับ Router นำไปสู่ No Internet Access Power Cycling Router อาจช่วยแก้ได้
ปิดแล้วเปิด Network Adapter: กด Windows + R พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl กด Enter คลิกขวา Active Network Adapter เลือก Disable หลังปิด Wireless Adapter แล้ว คลิกขวาอีกครั้ง เลือก Enable สุดท้าย Reboot PC ลองเชื่อมต่อ Wireless Network ใหม่
ใช้ Network Troubleshooter
Windows มี Troubleshooter ในตัวสำหรับตรวจสอบและแก้ปัญหา Network/Internet แนะนำรัน Troubleshooter ให้ Windows แก้ปัญหาให้เอง
คลิกขวาไอคอน Network เลือก Troubleshoot Problems ทำตามขั้นตอนบนหน้าจอ
Flush DNS และ Reset TCP/IP
Flush DNS Cache และ Reset TCP/IP Configuration เป็น Default Settings ช่วยแก้ปัญหา Network/Internet ส่วนใหญ่ เปิด Command Prompt แบบ Admin
พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ทีละคำสั่ง กด Enter ทีละคำสั่ง:
- ipconfig /release
- ipconfig /flushdns
- ipconfig /renew
- netsh winsock
- nbtstat –r
- netsh int ip reset
Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ ปกติแล้วควรทำงานได้แล้ว หลัง Flush DNS จะเห็นว่า No Internet Connection Issue แก้ไขได้ และเล่นอินเทอร์เน็ตต่อได้แล้ว
ตั้งค่า Network Functions
เมื่อเจอ No Internet Access ลองตั้งค่า Network Functions บางอย่าง ผ่าน Command Prompt
เปิด Start Menu พิมพ์ "cmd" คลิกขวา Command Prompt ในผลลัพธ์ เลือก Run as Administrator
ใน Command Prompt พิมพ์คำสั่งต่อไปนี้ทีละบรรทัด กด Enter ทีละคำสั่ง:
- netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
- netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
- netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
ตั้งค่า DNS Address ด้วยตนเอง
หากวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ ลองตั้งค่า DNS Address ด้วยตนเอง (Google Open DNS) กด Windows + R พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl กด Enter จะเปิด Network Configuration Window คลิกขวา Active Network Adapter เลือก Properties คลิก Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP) Properties ตรวจสอบว่าทั้งหมดตั้งเป็น DHCP (ถ้าใช้ DHCP ในเครือข่าย) มิฉะนั้นเช็ค Static Configuration
ควรเช็ค DNS Configuration อย่างยิ่ง เปลี่ยน DNS IPs เป็น 8.8.4.4 และ 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) เช็คว่าหลุด Limited Connectivity Error หรือไม่
ปิด Power Saving สำหรับ Network Adapter
- เปิด Device Manager กด Windows + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc กด Enter
- คลิก Network Adapters ขยายตัวเลือก
- คลิกขวา Installed Network Adapter เลือก Properties
- ไปแท็บ Power Management ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
- กด OK ออกจาก Device Manager
หากใช้ WiFi Connection:
กด Windows + I เปิด Settings คลิก System > Power & Sleep ล่างสุด คลิก Additional Power Settings คลิก Change Plan Settings ถัดจาก Power Plan คลิก Change Advanced Power Settings ล่างสุด คลิก Wireless Adapter Settings ขยายตัวเลือก แล้วขยาย Power Saving Mode อีกครั้ง
จะมี 2 โหมด 'On Battery' และ 'Plugged In' ตั้งทั้งคู่เป็น Maximum Performance คลิก OK แล้ว Apply Reboot PC
อัปเดต Network Adapter Driver
การอัปเดต Network Adapter Driver ช่วยแก้ปัญหาภายในระบบ กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc กด Enter ที่ Device Manager ขยาย Network Adapters คลิกขวา Installed Network Adapter เลือก Update Driver Software เลือก Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software
Reboot PC บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง หากปัญหายังคงอยู่ ทำขั้นตอนถัดไป อีกครั้ง เลือก Update Driver Software แต่ครั้งนี้เลือก 'Browse My Computer for Driver Software' ล่างสุด คลิก 'Let Me Pick From a List of Device Drivers on the Computer' เลือก Driver ล่าสุดจากรายการ กด Next ให้ Windows ติดตั้ง Driver เสร็จ ปิดทุกอย่าง Reboot PC บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง อาจสามารถ Fix No Internet Connection หลัง Update Windows 10 20H2 ได้
Reinstall Network Adapter Driver
เปิด Device Manager อีกครั้ง กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ "devmgmt.msc" กด Enter คลิก Network Adaptor ขยายตัวเลือก คลิกขวา Network Adaptor เลือก Uninstall Now หากมีหน้าต่างยืนยัน เลือก Yes
Restart PC บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลงทั้งหมด ลองเชื่อมต่อ Wireless ใหม่
