Bluetooth Headset ไม่ขึ้นใน Playback Devices Windows 10? แก้ด่วนในไม่กี่ขั้นตอน

เจอ Bluetooth Device Not Working หรือ Paired แล้วแต่ Not Connected? หรือ Bluetooth Headset Connected แต่ไม่ขึ้นใน Playback Devices Windows 10? Unpair/Pair ใหม่ก็ไม่ได้ Error: "Windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device (The system cannot find the file specified)"

Bluetooth ต้องการ Hardware และ Software ทั้งคู่ หากอุปกรณ์พูดภาษา Bluetooth ไม่ตรงกัน จะเชื่อมไม่ได้ ส่วนใหญ่ Bluetooth Connectivity Problems เกิดจาก Software Conflicts และ Driver ปัญหา นี่คือวิธีแก้

แก้ Bluetooth Device Paired But Not Connected

เช็คก่อนว่า Headset อยู่ใน Disabled State หรือไม่:

  • Start → ค้นหา "Sound" → Enter
  • Playback Devices → Right-click พื้นที่ว่าง → Show Disabled Devices
  • เช็คว่าอุปกรณ์อยู่ในรายการหรือไม่
  • Right-click Headset → Enable

ติดตั้ง Windows Updates ล่าสุด (Cumulative Update มี Bug Fixes) Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update → Check for Updates

รัน System File Checker (sfc /scannow) ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบเสียที่อาจก่อให้เกิด Conflict

รัน Bluetooth Troubleshooter

รัน Hardware and Device Troubleshooter เช็คอุปกรณ์ Bluetooth เอง และรัน Bluetooth Troubleshooter แก้ปัญหาเชื่อมต่อ:

  1. Start → ค้นหา "Troubleshoot" → เลือก
  2. เลื่อนลงหา Hardware and Device → Run Troubleshooter
  3. เสร็จแล้ว เลือก Bluetooth ในหน้าต่างเดียวกัน → Run Troubleshooter
  4. Follow On-screen Instructions
  5. Restart Windows → ทดสอบ Bluetooth

Restart Bluetooth Support Service

Restart Service และตั้งค่า Startup Type = Automatic:

  1. Win + R → services.msc → Enter
  2. หา Bluetooth Support Service → Right-click → Restart
  3. Right-click → Properties → Startup Type = Automatic

เช็ค Devices and Printers → Right-click Bluetooth Speaker → Properties → Services Tab → ติ๊ก Enable All Bluetooth Services

อัปเดต หรือ Reinstall Bluetooth Device Driver

  • Win + R → devmgmt.msc → Enter
  • Expand Bluetooth Category
  • Right-click Bluetooth Hardware → Uninstall
  • Restart Windows → ลบ Driver ให้หมด

Login ใหม่ → Device Manager → Action → Scan for Hardware Changes → Windows จะติดตั้ง Default Driver เอง

เชื่อม Bluetooth Device → ทำงานได้ไหม? ถ้าไม่ได้ ให้ Reinstall ด้วย Driver จาก Manufacturer:

  • Right-click Start → Device Manager → Expand Bluetooth → Uninstall Driver
  • ดาวน์โหลด Driver ล่าสุดจากเว็บ Manufacturer → Install
  • Reboot → Unpair/Pair ใหม่ → ทดสอบ
