แก้ไข: Windows 10 ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง Updates ไม่ได้

Windows Update ค้างที่ "Waiting to download/install" ไม่ว่าจะกด Retry กี่ครั้ง ปัญหานี้แก้ได้ด้วยวิธีต่อไปนี้

ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย (แนะนำทำก่อน)

รัน Restoro สแกนซ่อมไฟล์ ที่นี่ รอ 1-2 ชั่วโมงก่อนเพื่อให้ Windows Initialize Updates ให้เสร็จ

วิธีที่ 1: รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

1. Control Panel -> Icons -> Troubleshooting -> View all -> Windows Update -> Next
2. ทำตามขั้นตอนจนจบ Restart แล้วลอง Update ใหม่

วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบ Services ที่เกี่ยวกับ Windows Update

1. Win+R -> services.msc
2. ตั้งค่า 3 Services ให้เป็น Automatic และ Start ถ้ายังไม่ได้รัน:
   • Windows Update
   • Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
   • Cryptographic Service
3. Restart แล้วทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 3: Registry Tweak รีเซ็ต Windows Update

ดาวน์โหลด .REG file ที่นี่ รัน -> Yes -> OK -> Restart

วิธีที่ 4: คำสั่ง CMD รีเซ็ต Components (มีประสิทธิภาพมาก)

1. CMD (Admin) รันทีละบรรทัด:

   net stop wuauserv
   net stop cryptSvc
   net stop bits
   net stop msiserver
   ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
   ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
   net start wuauserv
   net start cryptSvc
   net start bits
   net start msiserver
   net localgroup administrators networkservice /add
   net localgroup administrators localservice /add

2. Restart ทดสอบ Windows Update

วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Metered Connection

1. Win+I -> Network & Internet -> Wi-Fi -> Manage known networks
2. คลิก Wi-Fi ที่เชื่อมต่อ -> Properties -> ปิด "Set as metered connection"

วิธีเพิ่มเติม

• เปลี่ยน DNS Server
• ใช้ Windows Repair Tool (ติ๊กเฉพาะ Repair Windows Updates)
• Rollback Update ล่าสุด
• Full Virus Scan
• DISM, SFC, Chkdsk
• Clean Install Windows จาก ISO ล่าสุด
