แก้ Devices & Printers เปิดไม่ได้/โหลดไม่เสร็จ Windows 10/11 – คู่มือขั้นตอน

มีหลายสาเหตุก่อให้ปัญหา อาจเป็น Corrupted System Files หรือ Printer Driver ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ไม่เข้ากับ Windows เวอร์ชันล่าสุด User Profile Corrupted หรือ Printer Related Service (Print Spooler) ค้าง Not Running ฯลฯ หากคุณกำลังเจอปัญหานี้ นี่คือวิธีแก้ที่ใช้ได้

ก่อนอื่น ถอด Printer และ External Devices ออก ตรวจสอบว่าเข้าถึง Devices and Printers Window ได้หรือไม่ หากได้ ให้เสียบอุปกรณ์ทีละตัว ตรวจสอบว่าอุปกรณ์ไหนก่อให้ปัญหา

รัน Printer Troubleshooter

Printer Troubleshooter จะตรวจสอบว่า:

  1. มี Latest Printer Drivers หรือไม่ และ Fix/Update ให้
  2. มี Connectivity Issues หรือไม่

  4. Printer Related Issues อื่นๆ

จบ Troubleshooting Restart Windows ตรวจสอบว่าทุกอย่างทำงานดี Printer พิมพ์เอกสารเหมือนเดิม และเปิด Devices and Printers โดยไม่ค้าง

ทำ Clean Boot

Start Windows เข้า Clean Boot State ตรวจสอบว่า Third-party Application ไม่ได้ก่อให้ปัญหา (Printer Not Working, Devices and Printers Not Loading)

ขั้นตอน Clean Boot:

  • กด Windows + R พิมพ์ msconfig คลิก OK เปิด System Configuration Window
  • แท็บ General คลิก Selective Startup
  • ภายใต้ Selective Startup ยกเลิกติ๊ก Load Startup Items Checkbox
  • ไปแท็บ Services
  • ติ๊ก Hide All Microsoft Services Checkbox แล้วคลิก Disable All
  • คลิก OK ตอน Prompt คลิก Restart

ตอนล็อกอินถัดไป เปิด Devices and Printers ตรวจสอบว่าเปิดได้ปกติ หากได้ แสดงว่า Third-party App ใดก่อให้ปัญหา ต้องหา App ที่ผิดปกติ

รัน SFC Scan

System File Checker (SFC) Scan จะทำให้ Windows แทนที่ Corrupt หรือ Missing System Files บนคอมพิวเตอร์ รัน System File Checker Utility ตรวจสอบว่า Corrupted/Missing System Files ไม่ได้เป็นสาเหตุ

  • ค้นหา cmd คลิกขวา Command Prompt เลือก Run as Administrator
  • ที่ Command Prompt พิมพ์คำสั่ง sfc /scannow กด Enter
  • จะเริ่มสแกน Missing/Corrupted System Files
  • หาพบ Utility จะกู้คืนจาก %WinDir%\System32\dllcache
  • รอจนสแกนเสร็จ 100% Restart Windows

หากปัญหาเกิดจาก Corrupted System File ควรเปิด Devices and Printers Window ได้โดยไม่มีปัญหา

หาก SFC Scan พบ Corrupted System Files แต่ไม่สามารถซ่อมบางไฟล์ได้ ให้รัน DISM Command ซ่อม System Image ให้ SFC ทำงานต่อได้

ตรวจสอบ Bluetooth Support และ Print Spooler Service ว่ารันอยู่

หากวิธีด้านบนแก้ไม่ได้ ยัง Devices and Printers Not Loading หรือ Printer ไม่ทำงานปกติ ให้เปิด Windows Services ตรวจสอบว่า Bluetooth Support Service หรือ Print Spooler Service อยู่ใน Running State

  1. กด Windows Key + R เปิด Run Window
  2. พิมพ์ "services.msc" Enter เปิด Windows Services Console
  3. ใน Services Window เลื่อน Services (Local) คลิกขวา Print Spooler เลือก Properties
  4. ใน Print Spooler Properties แท็บ General ตั้ง Startup Type เป็น Automatic
  5. คลิก Apply บันทึก

  • Device Management Enrollment Service – Manual
  • Device Association Service – Manual (Trigger Start)
  • Device Install Service – Manual (Trigger Start)
  • Device Setup Manager – Manual (Trigger Start)
  • DevQuery Background Discovery Broker – Manual (Trigger Start)

Restart Computer ดูว่าปัญหาแก้ไขได้หรือไม่ โดยเปิด Devices and Printers Folder

Register IE8 DLL

บางผู้ใช้แนะนำ (Microsoft Forum, Reddit) Register IE8 DLL ช่วยแก้ปัญหา "Blank Devices and Printers Folder" ลองวิธีนี้ดู อาจช่วยคุณได้

  • เปิด Command Prompt as Administrator
  • พิมพ์ regsvr32 "%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\ieproxy.dll" กด Enter
