วิธีกำจัดกล่อง Accuweather ที่ขึ้นบนหน้าจอ

กล่อง Accuweather บนหน้าจออาจมาจากแอปพลิเคชัน Accuweather หรือการเข้าถึงผ่านเว็บ ผู้ใช้โดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจเริ่มได้รับการแจ้งเตือน Accuweather ที่มุมล่างขวาของหน้าจอ

ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้เพื่อปิดการแจ้งเตือนสภาพอากาศ:

วิธีที่ 1: ปิดการแจ้งเตือน Accuweather

หากเพียงแค่รบกวนจาก Notification (แต่ไม่รบกวนจาก App/Extension ที่ก่อให้เกิด) การปิด Notification ของ Accuweather อาจแก้ปัญหา

1. ใน System Tray คลิกไอคอน Control Center เลือก Manage Notifications
2. ในส่วน Get Notifications from These Senders ปิด Notification สำหรับ Accuweather (หรือ Desktop Weather) ดูว่าปัญหาหายไหม
3. หายังไม่หาย ให้ รอ Notification ครั้งถัดไป และเมื่อขึ้น ให้ชี้เมาส์ไปที่ Notification
4. จะมีไอคอน Gear (Setting) แสดงขึ้นมา คลิกแล้ว Disable Notification ดูว่าหายไหม

วิธีที่ 2: ลบการติดตั้งแอปพลิเคชัน Accuweather

หากปิด Notification ไม่ได้ผล อาจต้อง Uninstall แอป Accuweather

1. เปิด Power User Menu (คลิกขวาปุ่ม Windows) เลือก Apps & Features
2. ขยาย Accuweather application (อาจชื่อ Desktop Weather) คลิก Uninstall
3. ยืนยัน ลบแอปพลิเคชัน รอจบการลบ
4. Reboot PC และดูว่าปัญหา Accuweather หายหรือไม่

หาก Uninstall ไม่ได้ (หรือไม่อยู่ในรายการ Apps) ให้รอ Notification ครั้งถัดไป เมื่อขึ้น:

1. เปิด Quick Access Menu (คลิกขวา Windows) เลือก Task Manager
2. ในแท็บ Processes คลิกขวาที่ Process (เช่น Accuweather process) ที่ก่อให้เกิด Notification เลือก Open File Location
3. ในหน้าต่างที่เปิด ให้ขึ้นไปหนึ่ง Directory แล้วสลับไปหน้าต่าง Task Manager (อย่าปิดโฟลเดอร์ Accuweather)
4. คลิกขวาที่ Process (เช่น Accuweather process) เลือก End Task
5. สลับ กลับไปที่โฟลเดอร์ Accuweather (เปิดอยู่ขั้นตอน 3) ลบ โฟลเดอร์นั้น (ถ้า UAC ถาม ให้ Yes) และ Empty Recycle Bin บางคนพบ Accuweather ทำงานจากโฟลเดอร์ OEM เช่น Dell Stage folder
6. ลอง Uninstall แอปพลิเคชันที่ Accuweather ทำงานอยู่ภายใต้
7. Reboot PC และดูว่าปัญหาแก้หรือไม่

หายังไม่ได้ผล ให้ Boot เข้า Safe Mode ดูว่า Notification หายไหม หาย ให้ Clean Boot และดูว่าปัญหาไม่ขึ้น หาย ให้ Enable Process/Application ทีละตัวใน Clean Boot เพื่อหาตัวทำให้เกิดปัญหา พบแล้ว ให้ Disable หรือ Uninstall แอปนั้น ดูว่าหายไหม ยังลอง Process Explorer หาแอปที่เป็นปัญหาได้

วิธีที่ 3: แก้ไขการตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์

หาก Uninstall แอป Accuweather ไม่ได้ Notification อาจมาจาก Browser Extension (หรือเว็บไซต์ หากผู้ใช้อนุญาต) การแก้ไขตั้งค่าเบราว์เซอร์อาจช่วยได้ ก่อนดำเนินการ ให้แน่ใจว่าไม่มี Extension ใดก่อให้เกิดปัญหา

สำหรับ Chrome Browser:

1. เปิดเบราว์เซอร์ ไปที่เว็บไซต์ Accuweather
2. ใน Address Bar คลิกไอคอน Lock เลือก Site Settings
3. คลิก Clear Data แล้ว Reset Permissions
4. เปิด Dropdown Notifications เลือก Block
5. ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหา Accuweather หายหรือไม่

สำหรับ Edge Browser:

1. เปิดเบราว์เซอร์ ไปที่เว็บไซต์ Accuweather
2. คลิกไอคอน Lock เลือก Site Permissions
3. คลิก Reset Permission เปิด Dropdown Notifications
4. เลือก Block แล้วในแถบซ้าย คลิก Cookie and Site Permissions
5. เปิด Notifications ตรวจสอบว่า Accuweather อยู่ใน Block (ไม่ใช่ Allow)
6. ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาแก้หรือไม่
7. หายังไม่ได้ ไปหน้า Bing Saves แล้วไปแท็บ Notifications
8. ตรวจสอบว่า Accuweather อยู่ที่นี่ไหม หากมี Disable ดูว่าระบบหาย Notification ไหม
9. หายังไม่ได้ ลอง Disable Notification ทั้งหมดบนหน้า Bing Saves (ขั้นตอน 7) ดูว่าหายไหม

หายังไม่ได้ ลอง Uninstall แอป Bing จาก Apps & Features ดู

วิธีที่ 4: ใช้เครื่องมือกำจัดมัลแวร์

หากวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ผล ให้ใช้ Malware Removal Tool กำจัด Notification Accuweather ใช้ตัวไหนก็ได้ ตัวอย่างใช้ Malwarebytes

1. ใช้ Malwarebytes กำจัดมัลแวร์
2. หวังว่าปัญหา Accuweather จะหาย
