วิธีแก้ไข Error 'Firewall is Blocking QuickBooks'

QuickBooks เป็นซอฟต์แวร์บัญชีของ Intuit สำหรับธุรกิจขนาดเล็ก-กลาง ผู้ใช้หลายคนเจอ Error "Firewall is blocking QuickBooks" ตอนใช้งาน

สาเหตุของ Error

• Port ปิดอยู่ (Closed Ports) - QuickBooks ใช้ Port เฉพาะตาม Version ไม่ได้ใช้ Range กว้าง ต้อง Forward Port เอง
• ถูกบล็อกใน Firewall - Windows Firewall หรือ Antivirus ภายนอกบล็อกโปรแกรม QuickBooks เอง

วิธีแก้ไข 1: กำหนดค่า Firewall Ports (สำคัญที่สุด)

QuickBooks มี Tool ตั้งค่าอัตโนมัติ (QuickBooks Database Server Manager) แต่ถ้าอยากทำ Manual:

1. เปิด QuickBooks Database Server Manager → แท็บ Port Monitor → บันทึก Port Number
2. Win + I → Update & Security
3. Windows Security → Firewall & Network Protection
4. Advanced Settings → Inbound Rules → New Rule
5. เลือก Port → Next → TCP → Specific Local Ports
6. กรอก Port ตาม Version:
   2019: 8019, [Port จากขั้นตอน 1]
   2018: 8019, 56728, 55378-55382
   2017: 8019, 56727, 55373-55377
   2016: 8019, 56726, 55368-55372
7. Next → Allow the Connection → Next → ทิ๊กทั้ง 3 → Next → ตั้งชื่อ → Finish
8. ทำซ้ำสำหรับ Outbound Rule

วิธีแก้ไข 2: เพิ่ม Firewall Exception สำหรับ QuickBooks Program

แม้ Port เปิดแล้ว โปรแกรมตัวเองอาจยังถูกบล็อก

1. Win + I → Update & Security → Windows Security → Firewall & Network Protection
2. Advanced Settings → Inbound Rules → New Rule
3. เลือก Program → Next
4. เลือก This program path → Browse → เลือกไฟล์ QuickBooks.exe (Path ติดตั้ง)
5. Next → Allow the Connection → Next → ทิ๊กทั้ง 3 → Next → ตั้งชื่อ → Finish
6. ทำซ้ำสำหรับ Outbound Rule

หมายเหตุ: ทำทั้ง 2 วิธี (Port + Program Exception) จะแก้ปัญหาได้สมบูรณ์
