วิธีแก้ Error 'The Computer did not Resync because no Time Data was Available' ใน Windows

Error นี้เกิดเมื่อ Sync เวลาใน Windows Server กับแหล่งเวลาภายนอก โดยใช้คำสั่ง w32tm /resync บน Domain Controller หรือ Client

วิธีแก้ Error The Computer did not Resync because no Time Data was Available ใน Windows

สาเหตุของ Error

  • Group Policy ตั้งค่าผิด – นโยบาย Windows Time Service ต้องแก้ไข
  • Parameter ของ Windows Time Service ผิด – เปลี่ยนค่าใน Registry
  • ปัญหาทั่วไปของ Windows Time Service – รันคำสั่งหรือ Restart Service

วิธีแก้ที่ 1: เปลี่ยน Group Policies

วิธีหลักที่ Microsoft แนะนำ ขั้นตอนต่างกันระหว่าง Domain Controller และ Local Computer

สำหรับ Domain Controller:

  1. Win+R → dsa.msc → Enter (Active Directory Users and Computers)
    2. วิธีแก้ Error The Computer did not Resync because no Time Data was Available ใน Windows
  2. คลิกขวา Container ที่มี Group Policy Object → Properties
  3. แท็บ Group Policy → เลือก Object → Edit

สำหรับ Local Computer:

  • Win+R → gpedit.msc → Enter (Local Group Policy Editor)

ขั้นตอนต่อไปเหมือนกันทั้งสองกรณี:

  1. Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Windows Time Service
  2. คลิกโฟลเดอร์ Windows Time Service → ดูขวา
  3. Double-click Global Configuration Settings → เลือก Not Configured
    4. วิธีแก้ Error The Computer did not Resync because no Time Data was Available ใน Windows
  4. ขยาย Windows Time Service → คลิก Time Providers → มี 3 Keys:
    Configure Windows NTP Client, Enable Windows NTP Client, Enable Windows NTP Server
  5. Double-click ทุกตัว → เปลี่ยนเป็น Not Configured

  6. Apply → Restart → ทดสอบ

วิธีแก้ที่ 2: แก้ไข Registry Keys

ทำบน Host Computer ของ Workgroup/Homegroup

  1. แนะนำ Backup Registry ก่อน (ปลอดภัย)
  2. Win+R → regedit → ไปที่:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\W32Time\Parameters
  3. หา Entry Type ถ้าไม่มี → New > String Value ชื่อ Type → Modify
    4. วิธีแก้ Error The Computer did not Resync because no Time Data was Available ใน Windows
  4. Value data: NT5DS → OK → ยืนยัน Security Dialog
  5. Restart → ทดสอบ

วิธีแก้ที่ 3: รันคำสั่ง Windows Time Service

  1. ค้นหา Command Prompt → Run as Administrator
    2. วิธีแก้ Error The Computer did not Resync because no Time Data was Available ใน Windows
  2. หรือ Win+R → cmd → Ctrl+Shift+Enter
  3. รันคำสั่ง:
    w32tm /config /manualpeerlist:time.windows.com,0x1 /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update
  4. ทดสอบรัน w32tm /resync ดูว่ายัง Error ไหม

วิธีแก้ที่ 4: Restart Windows Time Service

  1. Win+R → services.msc → Enter
    2. วิธีแก้ Error The Computer did not Resync because no Time Data was Available ใน Windows
  2. หา Windows Time Service → คลิกขวา Properties
  3. ถ้า Started → Stop → Start ใหม่
    4. วิธีแก้ Error The Computer did not Resync because no Time Data was Available ใน Windows
  4. Startup type: Automatic → OK

ถ้าเจอ Error 1079 (Account mismatch):

  1. Properties → แท็บ Log On → Browse

  2. พิมพ์ชื่อ Account → Check Names → OK → พิมพ์ Password (ถ้ามี) → OK
