แก้ไข: Blue Snowball ไม่ทำงานบน Windows 10

ไมโครโฟน Blue Snowball ยอดนิยมสตรีมเมอร์/ยูทูบเบอร์ ราคาถูก แต่อัปเดต Windows 10 บางครั้งทำให้เสีย: Driver เสียหาย หรือ Privacy Settings บล็อกไมค์

สาเหตุ Blue Snowball ไม่ทำงาน

• Driver เสียหาย: Windows Update ทำให้ Driver เสีย
• Privacy Settings: อัปเดต Windows เปลี่ยน Privacy ให้ไมค์ถูกปิด/บล็อกแอป

วิธีที่ 1: Reinstall Driver ผ่าน Device Manager

1. Win + X → Device Manager
2. ขยาย Audio inputs and outputs → คลิกขวา Microphone (Blue Snowball) → Uninstall device
3. ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers → Uninstall Blue Snowball ด้วย
4. ถอด USB ไมค์ → เสียบใหม่ → Windows จะติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่เอง

วิธีที่ 2: แก้ Privacy Settings ให้อนุญาตไมโครโฟน

1. Win + I → Privacy
2. เมนูซ้ายเลือก Microphone → คลิก Change
3. ติ๊ก Microphone access for this device is ON
4. เลื่อนลง: ติ๊ก Allow apps to access your microphone และแอปที่ใช้ (Discord, OBS, Chrome, etc.)
