ยุค Work from Home ทำให้ Microsoft Teams กลายเป็นเครื่องมือหลัก แต่มีปัญหาไมโครโฟนไม่ทำงานบ่อย ปัญหามาจากการตั้งค่าผิดใน Teams หรือ Windows แก้ได้ในไม่กี่นาที
6 วิธีแก้ไข Mic ไม่ทำงานใน Teams
ตรวจสอบเบื้องต้น
- ทดสอบ Mic กับอุปกรณ์อื่น (มือถือ, Discord) → ถ้าทำงานได้ = Mic OK
- Restart Teams, ถอดเสียบ Mic ใหม่, ลองพอร์ต USB อื่น, เช็คปุ่ม Mute บน Mic/หูฟัง
- เสียบ Mic ก่อนแล้วค่อย Join Call (Teams บางครั้งไม่ detect ถ้าเสียบระหว่าง Call)
วิธีที่ 1: เลือก Input Device ให้ถูกต้อง
- Teams → เริ่ม Video Call
- คลิก 3 จุด (...) บน Toolbar → Show device settings
- Dropdown Microphone → เลือก Mic ที่ถูกต้อง
- พูดดู → แถบสีน้ำเงินจะกระเจิงถ้า Mic ทำงาน
วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบ App & Microphone Permissions
- Teams → Profile icon → Settings → Permissions
- Toggle Media (Camera, Microphone, Speaker) ให้ On
- Windows Settings (Win + I) → Privacy → Microphone
- Toggle Allow apps to access your microphone = On
- เลื่อนลง → หา Teams → ให้ On / เปิด Allow desktop apps to access your microphone
วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบ Mic ใน Windows Sound Settings
- Settings → System → Sound (หรือคลิกขวา Speaker icon → Open Sound Settings)
- Input → Manage Sound Devices
- Input Devices → หา Mic ของคุณ → ถ้า Disabled → คลิก Enable
- กลับหน้า Sound → Test your microphone พูดดู Meter กระพริบไหม
วิธีที่ 4: ใช้ Microphone Troubleshooter
- Sound Settings → เลื่อนลง Input → กด Troubleshoot (ใต้ Mic, ไม่ใช่ Speaker)
- รอ診斷 → ถ้าเจอปัญหาจะบอก Fixed/Unfixed → ทดสอบ Teams ใหม่
วิธีที่ 5: อัปเดต Audio Drivers
- Win + R →
devmgmt.msc→ Device Manager - Expand Audio inputs and outputs → คลิกขวา Microphone → Update driver → Search automatically
- Expand Sound, video and game controllers → Update Audio Card drivers
- Restart PC
วิธีที่ 6: Reinstall / Update Microsoft Teams
- Control Panel → Programs & Features → หา Microsoft Teams → Uninstall
- ไปเว็บ Microsoft Teams → ดาวน์โหลด Desktop App ใหม่ → ติดตั้ง
