แก้ไข: "Incoming Connections Depend on the Routing and Remote Access Service"

ไม่เฉพาะ Windows 10 (มีใน 7, 8 ด้วย) แต่พบมากใน Insider builds

สาเหตุของข้อผิดพลาด

  • บั๊ก Incoming connections ค้างอยู่ – Microsoft รู้จักปัญหานี้ ปล่อย Hotfix หลายรุ่น แต้ายังคงรายงานอยู่ใน Windows 10 ล่าสุด โชคดีที่แก้ได้ด้วย Registry Edit (วิธีที่ 2)
  • Firewall ภายนอกบล็อก Incoming connections – Firewall ที่คุ้มครองมากเกินไปอาจก่อให้เกิดปัญหา หลายคนแก้ได้โดยถอนติดตั้ง Security solution ภายนอก

วิธีแก้ไข

ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้ตามลำดับ:

วิธีที่ 1: ถอนติดตั้ง Firewall/Antivirus ภายนอก

ตรวจสอบก่อนว่าไม่ใช่แอปภายนอกทำให้เกิดปัญหา หลายรายงานแก้ได้หลังถอน Firewall ภายนอก

Firewall บางตัวรบกวนการสร้าง VPN Incoming ใหม่ด้วยฟีเจอร์ built-in การปิด Real-time protection ไม่พอ ต้องถอนติดตั้ง (Uninstall) ให้หมด เพื่อลบกฎ (rules) ที่อาจค้างอยู่

  1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ appwiz.cpl เปิด Programs and Featuresแก้ไข: Incoming Connections Depend on the Routing and Remote Access Service
  2. หา Antivirus/Firewall ภายนอก คลิกขวา > Uninstall ตามขั้นตอน
  3. ทำตามคำแนะนำ (ที่นี่) เพื่อเช็คว่าไม่มีไฟล์ค้างที่ยังรบกวนอยู่
  4. รีสตาร์ท ตรวจสอบว่าสร้าง VPN ได้แล้วหรือไม่

หายังเจอข้อผิดพลาด ลองวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 2: เปิดใช้งาน Incoming Connections ผ่าน Registry Editor

วิธีนี้แนะนำใน Technet forums ช่วยหลายคน แก้ไขโดยสร้างค่า Dword SvcHostSplitDisable เพื่ออนุญาต Incoming connections ให้ใช้งาน Remote Access:

  1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ regedit กด Ctrl + Shift + Enter เปิด Registry Editor แบบ Admin (UAC ให้ Yes)แก้ไข: Incoming Connections Depend on the Routing and Remote Access Service
  2. ไปที่: Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ RasMan
  3. ในหน้าต่างขวา สร้างค่า Dword ใหม่: Edit > New > Dword (32-bit) value
    แก้ไข: Incoming Connections Depend on the Routing and Remote Access Service

    หมายเหตุ: หากมี SvcHostSplitDisable อยู่แล้ว ข้ามขั้นตอนนี้

  4. ตั้งชื่อ SvcHostSplitDisable (พิมพ์ใหญ่-เล็กให้ตรง)
  5. ดับเบิลคลิก ตั้ง Base = Hexadecimal, Value data = 1แก้ไข: Incoming Connections Depend on the Routing and Remote Access Service
  6. ไปที่: Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ RemoteAccess
  7. สร้าง Dword ใหม่เหมือนเดิม (ถ้ามีอยู่แล้ว ข้ามไป) ตั้งชื่อ SvcHostSplitDisable

  8. ดับเบิลคลิก ตั้ง Base = Hexadecimal, Value = 1
  9. ปิด Registry Editor รีสตาร์ท ทดสอบสร้าง VPN Incoming ใหม่

หายังไม่ได้ ลองวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด IPv6 interfaces ผ่าน Command Prompt

บางคนแก้ได้โดยปิด IPv6 interfaces ทั้งหมดยกเว้น Loopback ผ่าน Registry (อัตโนมัติ/ด้วยตนเอง) แต่ข้อเสียคือ จะทำให้ IPv6 connectivity เสียหาย หากยอมรับได้ ทำตามนี้:

  1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ cmd กด Ctrl + Shift + Enter เปิด CMD แบบ Admin (UAC ให้ Yes)แก้ไข: Incoming Connections Depend on the Routing and Remote Access Service
  2. ใน CMD ใส่คำสั่ง: 
    reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip6\Parameters" /v DisabledComponents /t REG_DWORD /d <0x11> /f

    หมายเหตุ: ใช้ 0xFF แทน 0x11 ก็ได้ ทั้งคู่ปิด IPv6 components ทั้งหมดยกเว้น Loopback ทั้งคู่ทำงานได้

  3. รีสตาร์ท ตรวจสอบว่าปัญหาหายหรือไม่
