วิธีแก้ไข SkypeBridge.exe Error บน Windows 10

ผู้ใช้ Windows 10 บางรายเจอ Error เกี่ยวกับ SkypeBridge.exe ซ้ำๆ ข้อความ: 'The parameter is incorrect', 'The data area passed to a system call is too small' หรือ 'The system has attempted to load or restore a file into the registry, but the specified file is not in a registry file format'

วิธีแก้ไข SkypeBridge.exe Error บน Windows 10

สาเหตุที่เป็นไปได้:

  • Skype Version เก่า: Bug ใน Skype 14.35.76.0 (ทั้ง Desktop และ UWP) Microsoft แก้แล้วด้วย Hotfix ให้ Update Skype
  • ขาด Windows Security Update: Skype ต้องการ Security Update ที่ขาดหายไป ให้ติดตั้ง Pending Updates ทั้งหมด
  • Skype Installation เสียหาย: File Corruption ในโฟลเดอร์ติดตั้ง ให้ Reinstall (Desktop) หรือ Reset (UWP)
  • System File Corruption: ไฟล์ระบบที่ Skype ใช้เสียหาย ต้อง Repair Install หรือ Clean Install

วิธี 1: อัปเดต Skype เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด

ส่วนใหญ่เกิดจาก Bug Skype 14.35.76.0 Microsoft แก้แล้ว ให้ Update:

A. อัปเดต Skype UWP Version

  1. Win+R > ms-windows-store://Home > Enter เปิด Microsoft Store Homeวิธีแก้ไข SkypeBridge.exe Error บน Windows 10

วิธี 3: Reinstall Skype

วิธี 4: Repair Install / Clean Install Windows

หากวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ = OS File Corruption รุนแรง ให้ Reset Windows Components:

  • Clean Install - เริ่มจาก GUI ได้ ไม่ต้อง Media แต่ สูญเสียข้อมูลทั้งหมดใน C: (Backup ก่อน)
  • Repair Install (In-place Upgrade) - ใช้ Installation Media Refresh Windows Components เก็บไฟล์ส่วนตัว, แอป, เกม, รูป, Preferences ไว้ได้ แนะนำวิธีนี้ก่อนหากมีเวลา
