สาเหตุ
มีนาคม 2019 Microsoft ปล่อย Update แก้ช่องโหว่ Credential Security Support Provider Protocol (CredSSP) ที่ RDP ใช้ ทำให้ RDP ไปเครื่องอื่น Error
Update นี้ enforce Encryption Oracle Remediation Policy** ต้องการ Secure RDP Session เท่านั้น
มีหลายวิธีแก้ วิธีง่ายที่สุด: เพิ่ม Registry Entry บนเครื่อง Client (เครื่องที่ RDP ออกไป)
วิธีแก้ RDP Authentication Error CredSSP
วิธีที่ 1: เพิ่ม Registry (AllowEncryptionOracle)
- Start → regedit** → Enter
- ไป Path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Policies \ System \ CredSSP \ Parameters - ดับเบิลคลิก AllowEncryptionOracle**
- Value Data: 2**
- OK
- ปิด Registry Editor → ลอง RDP ใหม่
ยัง Error → วิธีที่ 2
วิธีที่ 2: แก้ Local Group Policy (gpedit.msc)
ข้อดี: ใช้ได้กับทุก User บนเครื่องนั้น
- Start → gpedit.msc** → Enter
- ไป: Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Credentials Delegation**
- ดับเบิลคลิก Encryption Oracle Remediation**
- เลือก Enabled** → Protection Level: Vulnerable**
- OK → ปิด gpedit → ลอง RDP ใหม่
หมายเหตุ: การตั้งค่า Vulnerable จะลดความปลอดภัยเล็กน้อย (อนุญาตการเชื่อมต่อที่ไม่เข้ารหัสเต็มรูปแบบ) ควรใช้ชั่วคราวจนกว่า Server/Client จะได้รับ Patch ที่เหมาะสม
