Error เกิดเมื่อกด "Learn more" บนแอปใน Microsoft Windows Store เปิด Browser ไปเว็บไซต์ที่นำทาง แทนที่จะเปิดปกติ แสดง Error: "The server terminated an operation because it encountered a loop while processing a request" Error นี้เกิดซ้ำหลายครั้ง รายงานบน Forum มาก ไม่ใช่ความผิดของ User แต่เป็น Side Effect ของ Security Hardening ใน Browser บางตัว และการตั้งค่าเก่าฝั่ง Microsoft
สาเหตุของ AADSTS50196 Authentication Error
Error เกิดขณะเข้าเว็บไซต์ Microsoft ที่ต้อง Login Microsoft Account โดยใช้ Implicit Authentication ซึ่งเป็น Root Cause สาเหตุอื่นๆ จากการวิจัย:
- Corrupted Browser Cache & Cookies: Cookies/Extensions ทำให้ Cache เสียหายบล็อก Implicit Authentication
- 2004 Windows Update: Error ปรากฏหลัง Update 2004 ที่เน้น Security ทำให้ Certificate Authentication ต้องการความแม่นยำมากขึ้น
- Access Tokens: Access Tokens เก่าที่ใช้อยู่อาจก่อให้เกิด Error
วิธีแก้ไข 1: ล้าง Cache & Cookies ของ Default Web Browser
Cache เสียหายบล็อก Microsoft Authentication
หมายเหตุ: ตัวอย่างใช้ Google Chrome เป็น Default Browser ขั้นตอนอาจต่างออกไปหากใช้ Browser อื่น
- เปิด Google Chrome
- คลิก Customize & control Chrome (สามจุด) > More tools > Clear browsing data
- Time range: All time ติ๊ก Cookies and other site data & Cached images and files > Clear data
- ลองเปิด Link จาก Windows Store ใหม่ ควรแก้ได้
วิธีแก้ไข 2: เปลี่ยน Default Browser
Edge หรือ Safari มี Access Tokens ที่มี Auth Certificates มากเกินไป เพิ่มโอกาส Authentication Failure เปลี่ยนเป็น Chrome/Firefox ช่วยได้
- Start > ค้นหา default apps > เปิด
- คลิก Microsoft Edge ภายใต้ Web Browser > เลือก Browser ที่ต้องการ (เช่น Chrome)
- ลองเปิด Link จาก Windows Store ใหม่ ควรแก้ได้
