แก้ไข Error 0x80070002: The System Cannot Find The File Specified

สาเหตุหลักของข้อผิดพลาดนี้คือ Source Volume มี Disk Errors, Missing ProfileImagePath, AUTOMOUNT ถูกปิด, Dual Boot Configuration, Snapshot บน Source Volume ถูกลบ หรือ Critical Services ถูกปิด

วิธีที่ 1: แก้ Disk Errors

  1. คลิกขวา Windows Button > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: Chkdsk /r
  3. ปล่อยให้แก้ไขอัตโนมัติ และ Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: ลบ ProfileImagePath ที่หายไป

  1. Windows key + R > regedit > Enter เปิด Registry
  2. ไปที่พาธ: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
  3. ขยาย Profile List 4 โปรไฟล์แรกควรมี ProfileImagePath value เป็น: 
    %SystemRoot%\System32\Config\SystemProfile
%SystemRoot%\ServiceProfiles\LocalService
%SystemRoot%\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService
C:\Users\Aditya
  4. หากโปรไฟล์ไหนไม่มี Profile Image แสดงว่า Missing Profiles
  5. หมายเหตุ: สำรอง Registry ก่อน: เลือก Computer > File > Export > Save
  6. ลบโปรไฟล์ ที่มีปัญหา อาจ Fix Error 0x80070002 ได้ หากไม่ได้ ให้ต่อ

วิธีที่ 3: เปิดใช้งาน AUTOMOUNT

Volume อาจออฟไลน์หาก AUTOMOUNT ถูกปิด (โดยซอฟต์แวร์ภายนอกหรือผู้ใช้ปิดเอง) ตรวจสอบโดยพิมพ์คำสั่งหลังรัน Diskpart ใน Admin Command Prompt

  1. คลิกขวา Windows Button > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์ DISKPART > Enter
  3. พิมพ์คำสั่ง: 
    DISKPART> automount
DISKPART> automount enable
  4. Reboot Volume จะไม่ออฟไลน์
  5. หายังไม่แก้ ให้เปิด DISKPART อีกครั้ง
  6. พิมพ์: 
    C:\>Diskpart
C:\Diskpart> List volume
C:\Diskpart> Select volume 2 (เลือกเฉพาะ 100 MB หรือ System Partition)
C:\Diskpart> Online volume
C:\Diskpart> exit
  7. Reboot PC บันทึกการเปลี่ยนแปลง ตรวจสอบ Fix Error 0x80070002

วิธีที่ 4: แก้ Dual Boot Configuration

  1. Windows key + R > diskmgmt.msc > Enter เปิด Disk Management
  2. คลิกขวา Windows System Partition (ปกติคือ C:) เลือก Mark Partition as Active
  3. Restart

วิธีที่ 5: เพิ่มพื้นที่ Shadowcopy Storage

Snapshot บน Source Volume ถูกลบระหว่าง Backup เนื่องจาก Shadow Copy Storage Area น้อยเกินไป

  1. คลิกขวา Windows Button > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: vssadmin list shadowstorage
  3. หาก Shadowcopy Storage Area น้อย ให้พิมพ์: 
    vssadmin resize shadowstorage /For=C: /MaxSize=5%
  4. Reboot หายังไม่แก้ เปิด CMD อีกครั้ง พิมพ์: 
    vssadmin delete shadows /all
  5. Reboot PC อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 6: กู้คืน PC ไปยังจุดก่อนหน้า

ทำ System Restore และติดตั้ง Registry Cleaner คือ CCleaner จาก ที่นี่

หากไม่ได้ผล Refresh PC หรือ Reset PC

  • แก้ Ethernet doesn't have a valid IP Configuration Error
  • แก้ Wireless capability is turned off (Radio is off)
  • Fix Folder in use The action can't be completed Error
