แก้ WiFi Limited Connectivity ใน Windows 10 - วิธีแก้ด่วน

หากเครือข่าย WiFi แสดง 'Limited Connectivity' หมายถึงเชื่อมต่อเครือข่ายได้แต่อินเทอร์เน็ตไม่ได้ สาเหตุหลักคือ DHCP Server ไม่ตอบสนอง เมื่อ DHCP Server ไมตอบ คอมพิวเตอร์จะมอบ IP Address ให้ตัวเองอัตโนมัติ ทำให้เกิด 'Limited or No Connectivity' Error

Fix Limited Access หรือ No Connectivity WiFi Issues

วิธีที่ 1: รัน Network Troubleshooter

  1. คลิกขวา Network Icon ที่ Taskbar > Troubleshoot Problems
  2. Network Diagnostics Window จะเปิด ทำตามคำแนะนำบนหน้าจอ

วิธีที่ 2: รีเซ็ต TCP/IP

  1. คลิกขวา Windows Button > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
  3. หากไม่ต้องการระบุพาธ ใช้: netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt
  4. Reboot PC

วิธีที่ 3: เปลี่ยนการตั้งค่า Bitdefender Firewall (หรือ Antivirus Firewall ของคุณ)

  1. เปิด Settings ของ Bitdefender Internet Security เลือก Firewall
  2. คลิก Advanced Settings
  3. ติ๊ก Enable Internet Connection Sharing
    หมายเหตุ: หากไม่มีตั้งค่านี้ ให้ยกเลิกติ๊ก Block Internet Connection Sharing แทน
  4. OK บันทึก
  5. ไม่ได้ผล ให้ลอง ปิด Antivirus Firewall และเปิด Windows Firewall

สำหรับคนส่วนใหญ่ การเปลี่ยน Firewall Settings แก้ Limited Access or No Connectivity WiFi ได้ แต่หากไม่ได้ อย่าผิดหวัง ยังมีวิธีอื่นต่อไป

วิธีที่ 4: เปลี่ยน Adapter Settings

  1. เปิด Bitdefender > Protection Module > Firewall Feature
  2. Firewall ON > ไป Adapters Tab ตั้งค่า: 
    Network Type: Home/Office
Stealth Mode: Off
Generic: On
  3. Restart PC

วิธีที่ 5: แจ้งเตือน Wi-Fi Adapter (Wake Up)

  1. คลิกขวา Network Icon > Open Network & Internet Settings
  2. ภายใต้ Change Your Network Settings > Change Adapter Options
  3. คลิก WiFi Network > Properties
  4. ใน WiFi Properties > Configure
  5. ไปแท็บ Power Management ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power
  6. Reboot PC

วิธีที่ 6: ใช้ Google DNS

  1. ไป Wi-Fi Properties
  2. เลือก Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties
  3. ติ๊ก Use the following DNS server addresses ใส่: 
    Preferred DNS: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS: 8.8.4.4
  4. OK > Close > Restart

วิธีที่ 7: รีเซ็ต TCP/IP Auto-tuning

  1. คลิกขวา Windows Key > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: 
    netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
  3. Reboot PC

วิธีที่ 8: เปิด Download Over Metered Connections

  1. Windows Key > Settings
  2. Settings > Network & Internet
  3. คลิก Advanced Options
  4. ตั้ง Metered Connection เป็น ON
  5. Reboot

ขั้นตอนนี้ดูโง่ แต่บางคนทำได้ผล ลองดูสิ Limited Access or No Connectivity WiFi Issues อาจแก้ได้

วิธีที่ 9: ตั้ง Roaming Aggressiveness เป็น Maximum

  1. คลิกขวา Network Icon > Open Network & Internet Settings
  2. Change Adapter Options
  3. เลือก Wi-Fi > Properties
  4. คลิก Configure
  5. ไปแท็บ Advanced หา Roaming Aggressiveness
  6. เปลี่ยนจาก Medium เป็น Highest > OK
  7. Reboot

วิธีที่ 10: อัปเดต Drivers

  1. Windows Key + R > devmgmt.msc > Enter
  2. ขยาย Network Adapters คลิกขวา Wi-Fi Controller > Update Drivers
  3. ใน Update Driver Software > Browse my computer for driver software
  4. เลือก Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
  5. อัปเดตจากเวอร์ชันที่แสดง
  6. ไม่ได้ผล ให้ไป เว็บผู้ผลิต อัปเดต: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/
  7. Reboot
