แก้ไข USB Error Code 52 Windows cannot verify the digital signature

หลังอัปเดต/อัปเกรด Windows พอร์ต USB อาจไม่รู้จักฮาร์ดแวร์ที่เสียบ ใน Device Manager จะเห็น Error Code 52:

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

Error 52 = Driver failure ใน Device Manager จะมีเครื่องหมายอัศจรรย์สีเหลืองหน้าอไอคอน USB สาเหตุหลายอย่าง: ไดรเวอร์เสียหาย, Secure Boot, Integrity check, USB filters เรามาแก้ไขกัน

เตรียมความพร้อม

สร้าง Restore Point สำรอง Registry

วิธีที่ 1: ลบ UpperFilter และ LowerFilter ใน Registry

1. Windows Key + R regedit Enter
2. ไปที่: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{36FC9E60-C465-11CF-8056-444553540000}
3. เลือก Key นั้น > หา UpperFilters และ LowerFilters ด้านขวา
4. คลิกขวาแต่ละตัว > Delete
5. รีบูท

วิธีที่ 2: รัน System Restore

1. Windows Key + R sysdm.cpl Enter
2. แท็บ System Protection > System Restore
3. Next > เลือก Restore Point > Follow วิซาร์ด
4. ทดสอบ หายังไม่ได้ ทำวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 3: ปิด Secure Boot

1. รีสตาร์ท กด F2 หรือ DEL เข้า BIOS/UEFI
2. หา Secure Boot setting > ตั้งเป็น Disabled (อยู่แท็บ Security, Boot, หรือ Authentication)
3. คำเตือน: หลังปิด Secure Boot อาจยากที่จะเปิดกลับมาหากไม่ Reset โรงงาน
4. รีสตาร์ท ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Driver Signature Enforcement

1. หน้าจอ Login > กด Power > ค้าง Shift > คลิก Restart
2. ค้าง Shift จนเห็น Advanced Recovery Options
3. Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup settings > Restart
4. กดหมายเลขหน้าตัวเลือก Disable driver signature enforcement
5. Windows บูทเข้า Desktop > Windows Key + R devmgmt.msc Enter
6. คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์ที่มีปัญหา (เครื่องหมายอัศจรรย์) > Update Driver
7. เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software
8. ทำซ้ำทุกอุปกรณ์ที่มีปัญหา
9. รีบูท ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 5: Uninstall อุปกรณ์ที่มีปัญหา

1. Windows Key + R devmgmt.msc Enter
2. คลิกขวาแต่ละอุปกรณ์ที่มีปัญหา > Uninstall
3. Yes/OK ยืนยัน
4. รีบูท

วิธีที่ 6: ลบ/เปลี่ยนชื่อไฟล์ usb*.sys

1. Take Ownership ไฟล์ C:\Windows\system32\drivers\usbehci.sys และ usbhub.sys
2. เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น usbehciold.sys & usbhubold.sys
3. Windows Key + R devmgmt.msc Enter
4. ขยาย Universal Serial Bus Controllers > คลิกขวา Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller > Uninstall
5. รีบูท ไดรเวอร์ใหม่จะติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ

วิธีที่ 7: รัน CHKDSK และ SFC

1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
2. รัน:

   Sfc /scannow
   sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows

3. รอเสร็จ รีสตาร์ท
4. รัน CHKDSK ซ่อม File System
5. รอเสร็จ รีบูท ทดสอบ หายังไม่ได้ ทำวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 8: ปิด Integrity Checks

1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
2. รันทีละคำสั่ง:

   bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
   bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

3. หาไม่ได้ ลอง:

   bcdedit /deletevalue loadoptions
   bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING OFF

4. รีบูท
