แก้ Windows Update Error 8024A000 (WU_E_AU_NO_SERVICE)

รหัสข้อผิดพลาด 8024A000 แปลว่า "AU was unable to service incoming AU calls" - บริการ Windows Update ไม่สามารถตอบสนองคำขอได้

ขั้นตอนแก้ไข (ใช้ได้กับปัญหา Windows Update ทุกประเภท)

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: หยุดบริการ Windows Update

  1. Win + X → Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. User Account Control → Continue
  3. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด: 
    net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
net stop cryptsvc
  4. อย่าปิด Command Prompt

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ระบบ

  1. ใน CMD เดียวกัน รัน: 
    ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 Catroot2.old
ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
  2. ยัง อย่าปิด CMD

ขั้นตอนที่ 3: ลงทะเบียน DLL ที่เกี่ยวข้อง

สร้างไฟล์ WindowsUpdate.bat จาก Notepad (Icon จะกลายเป็นเกียร์สีฟ้า) หรือรันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัดใน CMD:

ขั้นตอนที่ 4: เริ่มบริการใหม่

  1. Command Prompt (Admin) ใหม่ หรือ CMD เดียวกันก็ได้
  2. รัน: 
    net start wuauserv
net start bits
net start cryptsvc
exit
  3. ตรวจสอบ Windows Update อีกครั้ง
